“Jared towed our car (and us) to Fort Collins. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and offered some great advice about how to handle our car situation. Great service, very appreciative of him.”

“Easy access right off of the I-70 exit and easy to jump back on the expressway. Gas prices listed on the sign were correct at the pump. But as expected, prices are higher when you get out of the city.”

“Dropped by for ice, snacks and water. Sweetest woman was working. She offered to fill my gallon container of water Vs having to buy a bunch of small bottles. I thought that was great.”

“I’ll only stop in when Clark is there. One time I had 8 new born kittens and my house was on fire. I didn’t know who to call. I called Clark. He came and saved all 8 kittens. Then he gave me $643 and let me borrow his truck to find the kittens a new home. Clark is the man. I was 12 cents short for my coffee and he gave me his keys to his house. He is keeping Kum and go alive.”

“Excellent friendly customer service with fuel, food, frosty drinks, hot coffee and clean restrooms at the west end of Idaho Springs at the I70 & Hwy 103 (Mt Evans) exit. Great place to refresh and fuel up before driving the highest paved road in the United States to the summit of Mount Evans or heading west over Loveland pass!”

“I was about to pay for parking along the street and someone from the gas station came out and said I could instead park there for free. Three hours later when I came back, a different man came out of the gas station, ripped a note he has written off of my windshield, handed it to me and told me I shouldn't have parked there... strange experience.”

“Let’s get critical and rate this gas station in five categories and 1-5 for each category.Gas quality: the gas here is standard and they don’t do anything to mess with it which your car will thank. Diesel is also available. 5/5Pricing: Competitive. They offer rewards pricing here and I can compare them to Sinclair, Maverick, and so on. I didn’t see a way to save up to 20 cents off a gallon with store rewards like Kroger fuel points. 4/5Convenience: This gas station is unique in that it shares its store with a McDonald’s. So, it’s amazingly easy to get everything you need from fuel in your tank to fuel in your belly. They have automotive supplies and boost oxygen for altitude acclamation. 5/5Staff: Rating staff and individuals is difficult to do. The people here are real people with families. I appreciate all the effort they go threw to make sure their establishment is safe, clean, and efficient. They treat people with kindness and respect. If I could give 6/5 I would. For the sake of math 5/5.Accessibility: I think it’s important to be as inclusive as possible and so does this place. There is wheelchair accessible sidewalks, a fully functional accessible restroom, and the staff are always willing to help. The front door is a little broken but it’s not easy to maintain things like that with their flow. 4/523/25 points for a 92% rating. Each star is worth 25% This place ends with a near perfect 5 star rating.”
