“I only did a package drop off quickly today but the fact that they have 4 major package carriers and also do printing, notary, PO Boxes and a whole lot of other stuff makes this place the be all end all for shipping. I will definitely be coming back in the future whenever I need do stuff like that. I had no clue that independent shipping places like this even existed before today haha.”

“I haven’t been to a Post Office and had a pleasant and painless visit since I was a child and I’m 30 years old. Every Post Office I’ve visited over the last decade has been absolutely awful with trash service. I and all the way to I'm so happy to report that the Niwot Post Office quite literally couldn’t do a more phenomenal job in terms of the service they provide. I’ve lived in so many places over the last 15 years and have frequented many Post Offices. Everyone of those Post Offices that I’ve gone to regardless of the time or day of the week that I choose to visit there is a line out the door, they’re understaffed and the employees have been very rude, unprofessional, and it was clear they hated their job. The people at the Niwot Post Office were so chipper, upbeat, kind, friendly and professional; I was literally in and out within less than 2-3 minutes. I’m sitting in the parking lot to write this review now so that I don’t forget because that’s how impressed I’ve been with the service. I’ve watched sooooo many people walk in and out with packages, letters, etc and come right back out in 5 minutes or less. The Niwot Post Office needs to be sent out to train the employees at all the other Post Offices in this country lol. Seriously, I never thought I could be this happy leaving a Post Office ?”

“Best customer service ever!!!I needed a document printed same day for an event early the next morning and Mary was very accommodating and understanding despite me coming in at 7pmI originally placed my order at Office Depot down the street but I didn't realize they closed at 6pm until I pulled up. 6pm isn't even late enough for some people to get home from work...frustrating.Staples is now my go-to! I could just get my own printer but then I miss out on all the fun "how tf am I going to print this" panic I experience 3-4x per yearJust wanted to share how appreciative I am of Mary's kindness! “First things first, Pedro needs a raise or a promotion asap! His customer service and ability to go above and beyond was INCREDIBLE!!! My wedding was on October 7th, we were waiting on a very important package that had originally been expedited from the company. The package was re-routed initially and I was told it would not be delivered until Monday, after 5 hours on the phone with ups the morning of my wedding. I was able to reach the warehouse that was closed over the weekend and got to speak with Pedro. He was so kind and understood the urgency behind receiving this package. “Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
