After a large investment for a tap system the followup was negligent at best. After their installation and their followup our tap system was inoperable and our 6 line system did nothing but foam. Larry installed lines that require our business to lift full 1/2 barrels (200 lbs) onto a 4 foot shelf, when there is a keg rack on ground level no more then 4 ft away in our walk in.

This is probably the best customer service I have ever received from any company in my life. I have used them twice and both experiences were truly exceptional. I called them yesterday at closing time to see if I could have them ship a broken part to me. Instead they knew exactly what I needed and drove it 1 hour to my house, installed it for me with no charge for labor and offered some great solutions if it happens again. It's a family owned business and the owner drove it to me, personally. He has 40+ years of experience and was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I am a customer for life. Unreal.

It was the night before Thanksgiving and I had two 1/6 barrel kegs chilled for a big thanksgiving party. I went to hook up my CO2, but to my disbelief I was out, empty tank, ?! I called around and my efforts seemed hopeless! Until I came across Centennial tap service, I explained my situation and they offered to meet me halfway and save the day! You don't find folks willing to help like that! ?

Serviced our glycol unit. Called the night prior and came next day and was patient with us even after service. Pricing is decent considering it was next day service.

We purchased a so called kegerator "kit" from another supplier and set it up the best we could with what was provided. After fighting with leaks and going through three Co2 tanks, we decided to call the professionals. Hector came out on Christmas Eve and informed us all the lines provided were for a wine set up, not beer. He had everything needed with him, including a full Co2 tank to make it right and did so right away so we could use this for our party the same night. If we had this to do over again we would order everything (including kegerator) from Centennial and have it set up correctly to begin with. We plan to utilize these guys going forward for any cleaning, service or questions. Cheers! Troy in Hudson

I got a kegerator installed a couple of years ago and they ca, I me outI and set it up. I throttled back the CO2 a little because I thought it was too foamy. Other than that the mistakes are all mine I have to learn the hard way sometimes. Also, the first glass seems to foam, but the next one is fine. No idea what that is about. I would recommend them to anyone
