My car started overheating just as I was about to drive past Keenensburg. I have a history of bad luck with cars and a lot of experiences with working on them because of this and working on cars growing up. Mechanics OFTEN try to take advantage of me. These guys didn't. They took us in right away, had snack and toys and jokes galore. Even paused a movie on the tv that might not have been appropriate for kids. (SERIOUSLY it's these little things that make an experience better). Gave it to me straight about everything, and let me have the option to make my own executive decision. Absolute terrible start to a vacation and they didn't let it bring us down. THANK YOU GUYS!! YOU TRULY are amazing. Use these guys if you can!!! Wish you were closer to Denver!”
“Life is better because of them. I started going to Brakes Plus after one of the other shops "cleaned" my windows with a dirty cloth. I kept going to Brakes Plus because of how they treat their customers and because of all they do in addition to brakes and oil changes. You won't find a more decent and knowledgeable guy than John, the manager. He's saved me countless time, money, and brain damage because of what he's willing and able to do. Most recently, they found and repaired a rattle that was making me crazy. They put mucho, and I mean mucho, time and effort into finding it, and charged a very reasonable amount. Almost like having a new car.”
“Always a good idea to get a vehicle inspected before you buy it. We took a vehicle to Excel yesterday morning and they spotted some things that prevented us from making a very costly mistake in buying this truck. But beyond that, they communicate via email, text, call. They give detailed information with pictures and recommendations. I'm so impressed with this shop and the staff that runs it! I will take my vehicle to this shop for all its maintenance and repairs. But I feel super fortunate to have them assist me making good decisions on purchasing a vehicle. “After not getting answers or call backs from several other mechanics, Allen Mobile Diesel called me back within a few minutes. I had a no start issue on my old John Deere tractor and they came right out and had me fixed up within a few hours. Very friendly people and I definiteley recommend them. “Zack and the team did a phenomenal job getting a patch job done on a winter tire/wheel. We usually avoid the rush and panic of the first snowstorm by keeping mounted balanced winter tires in our garage. I removed our winter tires from storage. One of them was completely flat and had a puncture in the tread. They did a phenomenal job on an incredibly busy day during a snowstorm to make sure we got our warranty patch completed before having to work Ski patrol on the mountain the next day.”

“Apparently, a reservation doesn’t mean anything when they’re renting to their Buddy. Made a reservation with Andrew a week in advance. When I went to pick up the equipment, I found out he rented to his buddy down the street. Thank goodness Home Depot came to my rescue. Will never try them again!
Update: received a call from the rental manager offering his apologies for what happened and will provide a free rental if I need the equipment, again.”
