Nice little facility. I'm a strong believer in simplicity and this place has it in spades. There's plenty of weights and machines to get a good thorough workout in. If you are in town visiting or live here full time their facility will work with your hours and needs seeing it's 24/7. The staff here are friendly and part of the community. Fitness is your own responsibility, if you find problems with this gym it's you not the gym. Get after it!

Great location, Open plenty of hours of the day to get in a quality workout. Plenty of security cameras to monitor the location. Some of the equipment is getting worn out but I look at it as someone else worked their heart out and so can I!

Nice and friendly staff. Helpful. Clean and love that the patrons sanitize the work out equipment. Like working out here. Wish the hot tub was working though but that's ok. Nice place to work out over all.

Was only in the area for a month and this place was perfect! Very fair rates, a lot of equipment for a smaller gym, and the owner is the best! :)
