Had a bad experience but...Update manager called me back and action was taken. So I raised one star.Update Manager called again my prescriptions are ready and they even gave me a free dozen donuts this morning. Great job rectifying the situation two more stars!!

when you sell 93% ground beef that is really 80%, you cheat not only your customer but your reputation. I am sick of buying & paying the higher price for fat filled ground beef. STPP CHEATING PEOPLE. THINGS SRE BAD ENOUGH

A Nice store for the area. A little hard to get to and very busy. We found what we wanted but were sent out of the line from the cashier because she said she couldn't help us sign up for a savings card. Had to wait for some time in at the service desk for someone to help us. When she finally got there, we had to wait while an employee finished a very long conversation. I think finding good help must be very hard for them.

A****les!!!! I made an appt for my booster covid shot today n they refused to do it, n I actually called the day before to make sure n they told me they could do it but they didn't , so I went to Walmart in delta n guess what??? I got it... they're always rude here at city market in hotchkiss.... n hotchkiss is the friendliest town around, haha go figure

The employees at our market in Hotchkiss, Colorado, are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people you could hope for. They are personable and professional. We love our City Market and all of it's employees. They are the ones that help us through this current crisis. God bless.
