I have never had a home phone device and it has been quite a while since I have had good internet service. Jesus and Robert were so nice and informative during the entire thing. They installed everything, checked everything and made sure it was running well before leaving. Brenda in the office has been seriously so patient with me while trying to get everything set up. Was in this catch 22 where she needed information to upload however couldn't upload without their service. Ha! Was so nice. They were patient and just so kind. I sincerely appreciate their time and patience.

We were so impressed with PC Telcom and their customer service! When calling to enquire about services, PC Telcom was so helpful in explaining and helping to figure out the best plan for our needs. When installing internet, the service technician was so great and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer services and employees! We are so glad we chose to go with PC Telcom!

We recently moved to the area and PC Telcom was able to send a rep out first thing the next morning to get us set up! Our rep, Marlin was amazing, taking the time to make sure our signal was strong and that all devices were hooked up and working properly...then was so patient as he showed us how to download and operate the app for our wifi! The experience was like having an old friend come out to visit! We would give PC Telcom 10 stars if we could!

Great customer service, just got changed over to the fiber optic and it was an easy change over. And they called for a follow up to make sure every thing was running properly and fast for my family.

Internet Service is below average. If you're 3 days late on your bill they shut your service off.. seems a bit gangster instead of professional.

Cost for cost you will be much better off going for SpaceX internet vs this company. The ceo is inept and incapable of making a company survive in this world. This is a visibly failing company that used misappropriation of funds to manage theirfailing tv cable network and are floundering for years as a result. They are abusive to their employees and do not even have the available technicians to manage their servers to provide reasonable access. This company is the best dirty short stock available.

Vince cropp is very un professional. Tried to get things settled and ended up verbally mocking Me. Not cool . Completely pushed me away from their internet. No thanks I'm not gonna be treated like that and expect to pay for. When you read this --> grow up man you're a manager. If you can't take it then leave

Tried to get technical support over the phone to get my wifi connected and was given incorrect information. Then I was charged $50 to have a tech support guy come to my house and correct what could have been explained correctly over the phone. If PC Telcom didn’t have a monopoly on service out here I would definitely cancel my service.

Worse experience I had with internet service. During a move . I got told various things and basically got confused I didn't know how much I waas paying or what was going on. Also had the tech tell me that he would get the job done in town hours before I work . He didn't finish in time. So they tried to make me reschedule which with the move and being close to new years it was just a nest I didn't want to deal with anynore and now i ended up canceling service due to this and now I have a hole in my wall ?

Pctelcom did not inform me that my card on file for autopay was going to expire. They then shut off my service for non payment. They charged me an additional $29 for non payment.
