“Gotta say I was very doubtful and didn’t think I was going to get help right away, but after a shop I couldn’t get to spoke to me, they reach out to this wonderful gentleman by the name of noodles. He asked me the details and came immediately to assist, even went to go and get the tire that I needed, was costly, but you can put a price on great and efficient work. He came out with all the required tools and machinery to get the job done quick and professionally. I nicked my run and he even made sure that the tire was holding air. “Yesterday (Sunday) I got a flat tire. Discount tire was not open but that is who I have my warranty with so I decided to wait until Monday to get a new tire under my warranty.
This is not my normal discount tire but it was the closest and I was so impressed with how quickly they serviced my car and how fast they took care of the line. When I arrived shortly after 8 there was about 6 people in front of me and it only took about 15 min for me to be at the desk being assisted. That is incredible! Then I waited in the lobby for less than an hour. I'm so impressed. I know that is not always the case, but in the past before I've had to wait 2+ hours. I really appreciate it,Thank you all!”

“I was not able to check the pressure in one of my tires even though the tire was fully inflated. Nothing registered on my pressure gauge. Discount Tire fixed it in about 15 minutes by replacing a faulty valve stem. And the repair was at “no charge “!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is now my go to tire shop!!”
