5pm closing means 5pm. Not 4:58. Ridiculous and inconvenient. Can't get dinner now since you don't want to work.

Really disappointed in Wells Fargo. I have been a customer of theirs since the early '90s and have over ten accounts with them across our family which we will be closing this month. We had three separate issues today that needed to be resolved and in each instance I started with the branch, was provided incorrect 800 numbers for support and have now spent over two hours on hold being transferred around to get to the correct departments. One issue is still not resolved. When I reached out to the manager (Dave) for assistance/escalation, I was met with defensiveness and no orientation to customer service. Incredibly disappointing and lacking professionalism. I am sorry to leave as have always received personalized service from this local branch.

I am writing because as a business owner I know all too well that complaints are most often heard and the compliments go unsaid. I deal with several banks in my day to day business and although I was not anxious to change to Wells Fargo originally simply because of the work involved I was encouraged by several of my employees and business associates. I must say this was one of my best decisions in quite a long while. I bank most often at the branch located on Wild Cat and Fairview. I cannot say enough about the employees at this location. Pam set up my accounts originally. She was so helpful and kind and seemed very knowledgeable about the services you offer. I noted that day how friendly the tellers were and I asked if that was normal because it seemed almost unreal based on my experience with my bank at the time and she explained that is just how things work at this bank. I banked at Bank of Choice since the early 90's and they were rude, always found a reason why they couldn't provide service, their turn over in staff was unending and I was unhappy most visits. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for some time now and do not have a single complaint. I am always greeted at the door or drive thru window. They always know my name, ask about my business and have really come to know me, my husband, my employees and my children. My kids are 8 & 11 and when they take their coins in for a deposit the tellers treat them just like an adult and give them the same service that everyone else receives and they compliment them on their good saving habits. They actually work with my kids to teach them how to fill out the slips, sign and use their school id's, it is a terrific service. Everyone on the staff is a pleasure to deal with - Jim takes great care of my details, Staci is a friendly face and always has a smile. Every teller although I don't know each of their names has made each visit exceptional. Thank you to all of you who make my experience at your bank enjoyable.

I've only been here twice - once to the drive-thru ATM, and once to the drive-thru using a teller. They gave my dogs milk bones, which was really exciting for them, and the teller was really friendly. i have no complaints. The ATM needs to be updated though - it requires envelopes for depositing checks, instead of the newer ones that don't need envelopes and scan your checks. otherwise, it's a lovely bank
