“Thanks to Michael, I had a wonderful experience from the time I stepped foot in the store until I picked up my finished piece. I came in for a simple, thin wedding ring which is all I can wear due to my job. Michael shared he has a family member who has my same job so he understood my needs. He was personable, friendly and made me feel respected even though I wasn’t shopping for a large stone or a more expensive piece.I required the ring be sized down and the turn around time was less than a week, to my amazement! “I had a great experience both times at this location for watch repairs on my 9 year old son's pikachu watch, even though it was obviously not bought here (wouldn't it be interesting if they had kids watches?!?). The first time was for a battery replacement about a month ago and the second time was today for a buckle and strap loop replacement. Everyone is very welcoming and (most importantly) tries to find a solution before flat out saying no. My son and I are so grateful that they were able to help him with his starter watch. We will definitely be back when we are in need of future repairs and/or watches!!”

“I met this lovely Swarovski friend in Castle Rock in Colorado while visiting my best friend. Immediately our connection happened when I shared with her about Cindy and AJ from my Vegas location. They are my persons and love them dearly. We spoke about the ring purchase and how I was disappointed the ring I purchased did not fit well and that I convinced my friend, Angelika to please drive to Castle Rock and exchange while I’m still in town. I had to be mindful that she’s very ill so driving over an hour is a difficult task for her. She agreed reluctantly. Once Dawn introduced herself she offered us assistance and showed us the many pieces of Swarovski’s that may interest us both. Her patience and gracious attention was what we needed. We must have tried on the same ring dozen of times before making a decision. But through it all she remained excellent and positive. Dawn was one of the kindest staff that was more than willing to help you every step of the way.
