I was kindly assisted with looking at dive watches in my price range and one of the associates helped me right away. Also, took the time to explain the brand and different options.
To top of the watch buying experience the associate even checked in the back for swag related to the brand. While not finding anything I still was given a free hat.

“I met this lovely Swarovski friend in Castle Rock in Colorado while visiting my best friend. Immediately our connection happened when I shared with her about Cindy and AJ from my Vegas location. They are my persons and love them dearly. We spoke about the ring purchase and how I was disappointed the ring I purchased did not fit well and that I convinced my friend, Angelika to please drive to Castle Rock and exchange while I’m still in town. I had to be mindful that she’s very ill so driving over an hour is a difficult task for her. She agreed reluctantly. Once Dawn introduced herself she offered us assistance and showed us the many pieces of Swarovski’s that may interest us both. Her patience and gracious attention was what we needed. We must have tried on the same ring dozen of times before making a decision. But through it all she remained excellent and positive. Dawn was one of the kindest staff that was more than willing to help you every step of the way. She definitely made our drive back home a worthwhile event.See you next time Dawn… you made our visit memorable ?”
“So, I brought my Longines chronograph into the shop to get the bracelet resized. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and paid $15. A week later, I brought my Tudor Black Bay in to get resized and it was $25. What’s with the difference in price? Same amount of links were taken from both watches so why was it more $ to get the Tudor adjusted?Owner- thank you for the info. I didn’t know about the price tier.”
