Walmart customer service is not well equipped. Stephanie the lead cashier said the person working was the only one trained to be there. I think they should train more folks. Then you have employees watching the line and laughing.

Why do I have to have TWO separate transactions to purchase some stupid $7 press on nails?! I declined and left as I know multiple folks would also prefer ONE singular purchase(I did have other items).....charge your CEO for that bs tbth.....what a joke 🤣

I tried to return an item bought on walmart.com to this store because returning it to the store was the only option I had. The email I got said that if you didn't have a box they would gladly box it up for you. I got there and the front end lead said they don't honor the policy from walmart.com because it is up to "store discretion" if they follow the corporate policy or not. I went and bought a box at Home Depot. If that doesn't tell you what this store feels about you as a customer than I'm not sure what else would. BTW, they have a whole receiving warehouse full of hundreds of boxes for all the stuff they sell and this was at 8am on a Sunday morning where all the cashiers and customer service people were standing around talking to each other because they had nothing else to do....

Avoid this Walmart. Abusive cashiers aren’t a myth. The manager (no name tag or blue vest) with gold nose ring, ridiculous weave…he was literally unable to understand certain words during a conversation. Hilarious encounter. He would look around confused and state, “I don’t know what that means?”. Probably the most ignorant person I’ve ever encountered in my life! 😂🤣😅.
Proof positive their DEI practices are a complete utter joke, much like their uneducated employees!
I’m my opinion.
