They get the job done but don’t leave the sense of confidence

I first arrived yesterday for my appointment at 2pm, and was told they would have to do it the following day, and the only opening was 7am. Got here for my appointment at 7am, which they pushed back to 9am, got there at 9am and they told me "it's going to be a looooooong time." Walking around the Walmart right now because they only have 1 tiny waiting area. I work customer service, I get how it is being busy but this just isn't it, go to another Walmart.

As pleasant as a trip to the DMV. Wasted nearly an hour to simply have a battery installed. They've also been ignoring their phone the whole time I've been here. Come on.

Winnie is amazing! I didn’t realize that I needed an appointment…Winnie was willing to work me in anyway. She was courteous, incredibly kind, changed my oil very quickly; and probably the friendliest employee that I’ve ever dealt with at Walmart! Thank you, Winnie for making my experience so wonderful!

Terrible. Got my oil changed here and hours later my transmission is leaking all over the parking lot. Took it back and the mechanic could see the trans pan covered in fluid, yet the oil pan was totally clean and dry. He just wiped it off and said I’m good to go! Overnight it leaked a puddle of CVT transmission fluid into my apartment parking lot and had to have it towed to a shop. Hopefully I’m not out $4500 for a new CVT after these people decided to attempt a basic oil change.

Conveniently my review from yesterday disappeared.Let me leave with a dangerous fire Hazard of a battery! They were able to work me in for a new battery install first thing which was much appreciated and I thought maybe I was one of the lucky ones to have a good experience. However, my car died a few days later and I smelled burning plastic. I looked and the negative battery cable had exposed wires and some burned completely through and it burned a hole in my battery cover. The battery cable was SMOKING. They let me leave knowing it was dangerous. I'm so lucky it didn't catch the whole thing on fire going down the highway. This is a very serious issue if they're letting people leave your place of business this way. I took it to a mechanic and it needed a new battery wire and the week old battery was leaking acid!! Over $400 of repair! Im now conerned about the oil change after other reviews! If this place is so busy and understaffed that they can't do things the right and safe way and are turning away simple repairs or having people wait 3 hours for an oil change then walmart needs to hire more mechanics to balance out the demand. Shame on you walmart for not hiring more mechanics and shame on you current mechanics for not having more integrity to do the right thing even if you're busy!I posted photos and a video of the cable smoking as proof of the battery wire damage. You can also see white stuff splattered on the top and it's present on the sides (not sure if you can see that though) and the mechanic verified it was oozing battery acid from the poor install!! I have to take it back after warrantying the battery to see if the alternator or other things were damaged. I will be hiring a lawyer if so.

Got my oil changed fine but one of the techs was extremely unprofessional and rude. He alone made me decide not to go back

Twice in 2 months I go to get a basic oil change...and with 4 employees doing nothing refused service...Walmart is losing so much money with this lack of service...I will not ever return

"Tom" needs more product and customer service training. We walked in to inquire and order after-market tires for our truck. Tires we have had on this truck since 2015. Tires Walmart has ordered and installed for us for YEARS. Instead TOM decided he'd rather be a complete jerk and argue with us, "Those tires will never fit your truck." Over and over and over despite my past invoice, despite a photo of the damn tires on my truck and the size noted on them. He refused to look them up for a quote. At all. Brushed us off as stupid. Walmart Highlands Ranch, your low hanging fruit just lost a big sale.

They kept me waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes only to tell me they refuse to do an oil change because my oil was low and my car has a misfire (just a bad O2 sensor). Which is absurd. An oil change would only help my car since oil was low, and refusing because of a misfire is not a thing.I'm convinced they got higher priced jobs than a cheap oil change and they pushed me out to help others that were doing more expensive jobs since they were doing all of the final jobs for the day.I immediately went down the street and had no problem getting an oil change. Also have to note that during the hour and fifteen minutes of waiting there were multiple instances of customers waiting at the desk for 15 minutes just to buy something or try to get helped. At one point 4 people were waiting, going behind the counter knocking, trying to get outside to get attention, and they just had nobody come up for at least 20 minutes.
