Wow. I've never been treated so poorly at the drive-up pick-up window for the pharmacy. I'll never go back. Don't ever consider this pharmacy if you want to deal with people who want to process your insurance or put a credit card on file for your account.

I needed a RX on Monday 11/20/23 I called to see if my Rx could be filled because I needed to go to the airport I asked so if they were to busy I would have it transferred so I could make sure I could get it Chris in the pharmacy told me well you shouldn't be traveling your sick and I sure hope your wearing a mask I couldn't believe what I just heard first its not for sickness second its none of his business he was so rude . I am done giving this company my money for a year its always a problem to fill my Rx but Safeway has no problem filling it that day.

On several occasions, I've been told my prescription was completed only to show up, wait in a 45 minute line to find out that they hadn't started it yet. Customer service is what steals the show though. It is the most unprofessional rude group of individuals I've ever dealt with in retail. I stopped going about six months ago and moved my business to wildcat. Brian, and Chris at the wildcat location are phenomenal. They exemplify customer service and make me feel welcome. The pharmacy lead at the Broadway location, however, constantly argues with me about my doctors prescription. It's just unnecessary. I would give this location negative stars if I could.

Worst service in town as far as the pharmacy goes. I'd take your money elsewhere. They don't fill orders as requested, always out of stock and extremely rude at the counter.

I tried really hard to continue coming to this pharmacy because of how nice everyone always is, but I’m done now. This is not the first time they have randomly closed during the week due to understaffing, leaving my prescriptions held hostage inside and me having to scramble to figure out what to do. I understand businesses are short staffed, but in some of our cases, medicine is a life or death situation. After this happening too many times, I will definitely be switching over to CVS. Walgreens is just too short staffed to function correctly.

Marilyn is always helping with a smile! I so appreciate it! The pharmacy staff is unmatched... The best team I've ever experienced. They are always busy because they are absolutely the best.

This store can’t use the excuse of short staff for months. The new tactic is you go to pick up your prescription and they say it’s ready but needs to be verified by the pharmacist. They ask you to come back later. Every car in line today left without their medicine. This pharmacy needs shut down if they can’t operate as a pharmacy. Get better staff, pay more, or close the store. It’s a huge waste of people’s time.

Seriously short handed and short staffed. Had to wait 5 days to get my prescription! I finally got a text that my prescription was ready. I had to meet with a new doctor and get a new prescription from CVS. Horrible service. They should be sued for letting people suffer and not getting their medication. Avoid at all cost

I have been working at this pharmacy for many years. I absolutely love my patients that I have been helping through the years. I will remember their names, family members and if they are sick I am genuinely concerned.What is really the hard part of this job is when you don’t see common courtesy or decency anymore. I have people tell me that they are more important than their neighbors. We are so overwhelmed at this location. We are trying our best. Please be patient. We understand your frustration. We are feeling the same way. We can’t supply the same services that we used to. There are too many customers that I want to thank from the bottom of my heart. Kathryn, Anna, James, Thomas family, Stewart’s, Einar , Meryl, Hansens, Katie, Gary, Forlanza, and so on. You are the reason why I come back. Love you guys!!

None of the Walgreens pharmacy seem to have any empathy anymore. All they tell you is that they're understaffed and overworked. Trying to get a simple prescription for an antibiotic within the same day is unheard of. If a script needs attention they tell you to call them yet no one answers the phone. It's getting ridiculous

Pharmacy??? Haha circus is a better fit... they are a bunch of clowns!!! I am speaking to corporate over this issue, but take warning and read the comments about this lazy, rude, mortifying so called staff and go across the street to King Soopers!! "Chris" (because I had to call 3 times to get his name and I'm not sure if they actually gave me his real name) is the most unprofessional, subhuman I have ever come across for being in the "medical" field. I could only hope that he is only of his kind to exist. Maybe you need to change your profession to one that better suits you, alone, in the woods.

This particular pharmacy has become rather useless. Pills? Sorry all out of those. I've waited over a week the past two times to have prescriptions filled. If you need medication quickly avoid this place.

50 minutes on hold waiting to speak with the pharmacy. 2 calls ahead of me. I suspect they hung up because I was 'next' for 30 minutes. They ignore the phone so don't waste your time like they wasted mine. I know they are short staffed but don't offer a line of communication that will never be successful.

My prescription sat at this pharmacy for two weeks.... Called today to get an update and they were very rude. I apologized that I needed it today and then the lady hung up on me.

If I could give zero stars, I would not only was Cindy, the pharmacy technician yelling at all the customers in line tonight about how she was shutting the door at 8 PM she didn't care who was left and explaining that most of us have been on hold the whole day, waiting to find out about our meds which weren't ready she walked away from the counter, and the supervisor who came in defended her ridiculous customer service we will never do business with Walgreens again!!!
