They recently had a change in management and the difference is night and day!
Jacob helped me order and set up two gizmo watches for my sons. It was not a big purchase, but he was still attentive and helpful. He explained the charges and followed up like he says he would. Very happy with my experience.

Update: I needed additional information so I went back. I worked with Masha. His dedication to customer service parallels Sebastian. These 2 experience just made this my go to store!
I literally went to another Verizon store and it didn’t come close to the experience I had with Sebastian and Masha!

Ben McPike is a phenomenal person and employee. I'm hugely disappointed to learn that Ben is no longer with Verizon. Verizon has made a huge mistake regarding Ben. Ben has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in my dealings with him.

Diego outright lied to me then committed fraud. He was supposed to charge $20 for the taxes and said my out the door cost should be only the taxes on an upgrade but charged $320 instead. Antonio literally took out the trash while I was in the store trying to talk about the issue. He couldn’t care less.
I am strongly considering calling the police on Diego.

We came here trying to lower our phone bill. Andrew changed a bunch of things on our account, didn't confirm with us before purchasing things we did not want, put insurance on the wrong phone and then proceeded to tell us how we needed to purchase things to help him with his sales quota. I am furious at how we were handled and beyond frustrated with how our plan is setup now. He didn't do the math correctly nor did he give us options when it came to our phones. He also didn't listen to us when we said we did not want to finance any phones. I can't say this enough DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! This is a 3rd party sales location. Go to a legit Verizon store or even Apple because our plan is now jacked up and there is no way of getting it back.

Masha is one of the best Verizon reps I've had the pleasure of working with. Not only is he patient but he just gets it. He's professional and made the process of getting new phones activated and iCloud storage downloaded a breeze. If you go to this location, skip any hassle and just ask for Masha!
