Absolute waste of time! Avoid this location at all cost. There was no other customers in the store and they just opened, so it wasn’t like they were super busy and didn’t have time to help me. There were 2 guys were working and they couldn’t help with anything account related. Every question I had their response is “I don’t know, you should go to another store”. What’s the point of having this store if they can’t answer a single question?!?! At the end, one of them said they could call corporate for me, but it would be at least 20 mins. Goodness. Don’t waste your time going here. They will just tell you to go somewhere else. Unreal!!

Isaac was fantastic!I made an appointment to purchase a new SIM card at the direction Verizon support.I was greeted by my name as I opened the door "Welcome to Verizon"-- and purchased the new SIM card.I got the feeling installation was not a part of the deal but I asked for help and Isaac said sure, and he installed it for me.Turned out to be quite the process involving him having to call support. It took about 1/2 hour but Isaac was very patient and kind, he went above and beyond for me.(Victra Highlands Ranch)

The salesman that I dealt with in October is a nightmare, he sold me a phone and 2 watches, promised tons of discounts that never happened., family plan, multi line, blah blah . Never explained the increased monthly cost. Sold me accessories that were supposed to be 55 bucks but seems it was not. I had to transfer money 3 times that day and paid over 1200 that day. Only to find out he screwed up setting up one watch and it was not useable for a month. I tried going in to have him fix but he was unable. It took 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone to get it working. I was told on day 30 I was not allowed to return any items. Then I started getting charged 500 or more a month, after having service shut off and still looming I find out he NEVER credited my account correctly and I'm being charged for things I paid for. He is too busy at the store to help and doesn't care if it doesn't involve a commission. I am looking into pressing charges. This type of fraudulent behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. This is not a corporate location. They will scam you.I ordered a phone for pickup through Verizon, thinking this was a regular store and instead I got an open dirty box, and a phone. Second, the manager will constantly get on the phone and berate you for any deals. And then after all that, they’ll still berate you with more “deals” at the end of it when you’re tired.Stay away. Tell your grandparents to stay away. Tell your friends to stay away.Just stay away.

I called Verizon and learned that the salesperson at this store moved me to a more expensive plan without my permission. They also couldn’t explain the value of a trade in without trying to make me feel like a child. Had a horrible experience with a passive aggressive salesperson who couldn’t explain to me the basic cost of things. On the way out they made a snarky comment, which I clearly heard. I will be filing a report against that employee and the store in general. Verizon corporate should know about this.Ps. I switched to a different provider that same day. I got the phone I wanted cheaper and pay less for a better connection monthly.

Alex was fantastic, he helped me get everything set up with my new phone. It took longer then I expected but its partly my fault. (Phone wasn't fully charged)

Just wow.....If there was a 0 star option for this place, they have earned it.Went in for a simple phone upgrade and they could not have messed this process up anymore than they did. Was quoted a price for the upgraded phone and concessions they were offering and nothing was done properly.In the end, it took 4 hours to get a phone "semi functioning". I was charged 2x what they quoted and, in the end, I had to spend 3 more hours on the phone with Verizon to make all the changes that should have been handled by the store to get the phone to work and the plan setup correct.They placed optional services and protection on the phone plan that I specifically declined in the store (cloud storage, phone protection plan) and even had the nerve to charge me for the $39.99 "setup and go" services.None of the $39.99 "setup and go" fee services were performed. They did not setup the phone or the plan correct, did not transfer any of the data, and added things I did not want on the plan.In the end they refused to remove the $39.99 "setup and go" fee and basically sent me packing after my 3rd trip to this store for help.I had to make several calls to Verizon to fix all of their mistakes.This location is a joke! The service staff needs extensive training on what they are selling and how to setup the services and devices they are offering. Order your stuff online and work with customer service remotely. Things will go much smoother for you.Consumer's, you have been warned!

I can not thank Antonio enough for helping me. I can’t begin to explain how many times I’ve been in the store and my phone plan was a disaster after we worked with Alex. Everything that he could mess up he did. But finally Antonio called multiple representatives and stayed on the phone helping me for 2 1/2 hours on top of helping other customers and running the store alone. Thank you so much for all of the time you have taken to help us get down to the bottom of what happened

One of the worst stores and places of businesses ever. Very unprofessional, and displayed and overwhelming lack of knowledge and understanding. Spent multiple hours in the store with no resolution - and ended up being wrong anyways.
