Used to go here for all shipping needs, but last visit they wanted to charge me $5 per envelope instead of the $1.06 I usually pay. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

BRING YOUR OWN LABEL. even though they consider themselves a USPS location, they can't scan usps pickup barcodes to print your label... so I had to download my seller app, recover the password, login and generate a new label and download to PDF only to find that their in-house printer doesn't show up on my phone. Such a pain and I wasted 30 minutes and didn't even get to ship my package. What a terrible excuse of a Usps location.

The people that work here are kind of stinkers… I went in to mail a book and asked for the media rate and the guy just looked me in the eyes and said OK and didn’t tell me any next steps so I was like what do I need for that? A flat rate box and envelope anything in particular? He said an envelope so I wandered off to find one on my own put it in an envelope and shipped it off come to find out at the end of the transaction that the envelope was another dollar whereas if I had used a USPS envelope instead of the plain yellow one it would have been free. On the plus side I ship things very frequently and they scan them in right away which I really appreciate.

So nice to have somewhere close without the hassle of the post office! I have occasionally encountered a line but usually it’s super fast and they are really nice. For sure my go to for mailing anything!

It is under new management. My experience was pleasant and efficient. Been using this facility for over 10 years, so it was refreshing to see this change. Cute little boutique as well.
