My neighor and I need to be placed on the payroll for delivering mail. We have to deliver each other's mail to each other at least once a week. The postman just can't seem to get it right. Complaints have been filed and nothing happens. Just continues to get it wrong! This is BS!!

The post office are the worst people on the face of the Earth. I can see why that man 100 years ago came in and blew you all up. Maybe that’ll happen again if we get lucky.

All 3 employees I worked with were lovely, went above and beyond when they could.
However, they are criminally understaffed. They have 5 counters, and only a single employee running one of them at a time.
Passport line is separate, and the line starts at 6am for 8am opening. They can only take the first 5, with online appointments over walk-ins. This means that nearly everyone gets turned away.

Unhelpful I've been in 4 times. Was told conflicting information each time.. was overcharged on my card to renew a p.o. box they told me they couldn't refund it even though they just charged within 5 minutes. They had to give me a money order and I had to go to a bank in person to cash it.. I have spent atleast 6 hours dealing with them for a p.o. box I've paid for for the past 2 years. Jose came out and told me he was the manager..then later said he wasn't the manager just the supervisor and the manager would be in tomorrow. I was told prior that I didn't need to complete a form but did anyways... then said my provided info was expired and took my money anyway. Then I asked for my form back with all my personal info and he refused to come out of the back and was just hanging out with staff when they had a line out the door and another woman who had been waiting to speak to the same manager about her passport the same amount of time who ignored her. Now I have random keys.. their maintenance guy calling me... and now I have no p.o. box... and they have all my personal and business info on a form they are refusing to give back and their staff have access to

The USPS must be defunded and disbanded for impeding Americans right to travel. Passport appointment cancelled 3 times by the PO. Went to a walk in session today from 8-830. Yes 30 Min. Arrived at 0720 and was 6th in line. With no public posting, the employee stated they only take 5 groups and the other 40 people would have to leave at 0810 (10 min after opening). But don’t worry, more apts available in late April per the waste of tax dollars. So I had to pay $1300 for expedited passports at the little known Kiowa office (ps, they said don’t tell anyone they are so awesome and processed our family of 5 in 20 minutes). The USPS needs to be disbanded and mail service should be privatized. This is unamerican as 14 million people invade this country but I can’t go to freaking CA for a cruise. Would complain to my congressman Ken Buck but he’s equally worthless.

This is a big and nice post office. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.

We have had to use the passport service here 3 times in the last six months and each time has been fantastic. The lady who manages the passport applications is efficient and relays helpful advice each time, making what could otherwise be a draining experience quite easy and pleasant.

Post Office sucks!!! I had something ordered to get to my second job and they put "vacant" we are open 7 days a week and close at 9pm. That's why we have a sign that says open with delivery instructions that says drop off with staff inside the store. I don't understand if they drive in and see workers putting product away why can't you leave the package with them

We walked in to send in our passport renewal forms and saw there is a separate designated Passport desk. The man there, Jamie, checked everything, put it in order, and got it ready to ship. He was so helpful and nice! And this was at the very end of his day on a Friday! Shout out to Jamie for the help, Thank you!!!

Sent a package on 01/08, was supposed to be delivered on 01/11. It's 01/16 and my package is nowhere to be found. Was charged $26 for "expedited" shipping. Useless service. Go to FedEx to avoid headaches. And it's not ike FedEx is more expensive either.

i was expecting a package and it has delivered on my front porch but the guy never came to deliver as i have proof, but the supervisor have no clue....i hope i can minus review, as supervisor Brandi is the least helpful, plus the employee are rude and has no clue..
