The worst customer experience I've ever experienced - lies, hostility, incompetence, etc. all from the young woman at the counter.To be fair, every UPS store I've dealt with has been bad but this experience takes it to another level. After dropping off a package and it being supposedly damaged in transit, I never received a text/call/email about it. It wasn't until weeks later that I find out it had been returned to the store.I call during the week, talk to a guy who tells me it was damaged, apologized for no communication, and to pick it up and they will show me how to file a claim for reimbursement. I show up the next day and deal with the young woman and instantly I get bad vibes.She tells me the package isn't there. I respond that I spoke with someone yesterday who took all information and verified the package was at this location. She again says it isn't there and starts saying it's at a different location. While she's doing this, the other lady at the counter ACTUALLY GOES AND LOOKS and finds the package.They give me paperwork with the tracking number, I ask if that's all I need and they say yes. I get home, call the claims number, go to the website and surprise, I need more info (transaction ID). I call back and get the young woman who keeps saying all I need is the tracking number even though I'm on the website seeing transaction ID as a required field (and tracking number isn't it).She then tries to blame the guy I spoke with first, saying I shouldn't be trying to make the claim myself despite her being the one telling me to do it and giving me the information. She keeps insisting I come in on Monday and I keep telling her I can't because I work.So I come back to their office after the call, avoid her and deal with the other woman. Despite the young woman's constant insistence that nothing will work, the other person is able to get the transaction ID, and I'm able to submit the claim online.While I'm doing it, I'm the only customer in the office and I hear her call someone else and rant about how she's going to kick me about at 5PM. I remind her that I can hear her and that she needs to close the office door lol. I also witness her chase another customer away with her rudeness while trying to charge someone $3 for printing a label.I get done, thank the other woman for her help, and leave prior to closing.Holy smokes what a disaster of an experience. I've never had someone in customer service demand the paying customer do something or straight up lie multiple times to their face. I don't use UPS often but I'll never use this location again.

Warning! When you take an Amazon return to this location the Indian woman behind the desk with try and trick you into buying a box for your return. With Amazon returns you do not need to provide a box or label. Stand your ground and they will just process the return like they should. I tried calling a supervisor of that location but no telephone number is available.It’s sad to think how many people she’s already tricked into buying an unneeded box.

I've had a mailbox with this store for three years. As I moved to another state, or I will keep using their excellent service. The whole team is very awesome. Each time I went to the store, the staff greeted me and my family members. They are super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. After I left Colorado, I had several delayed packages delivered to my old address. They spent extra time taking care of the forwarding packages. Here I just want to say thank you to the whole team there. I also realized the owner of the store changed this year while their service is as great as previous. If they could read this, I also want to thank the previous staff - Adam and his team. The whole team makes me miss Colorado so much... So I would love to recommend this store to other customers who need UPS services.

holy smokes! charged 87 dollars to have a notary sign a 10 page (one) document. got charged 15 dollars per stamp for the one doc. 45 dollars for notary on one doc. and many misc charges to print, pdf file. attaching so so you can see if this fits within your budget to have them sign one doc. i felt very overcharged by Lalitha. i will not go back to the ups store for notary. i usually pay no more than 30 at mailboxes. made a mistake going here.

The friendliest UPS I have been to. I needed some documents notarized and everyone was so helpful. I went to another UPS and they were not at all interested in helping me get my documents notarized.

While the service is excellent and the staff is very helpful, the pricing has gotten out of hand. I believe there's a tendency (perhaps management directed) to upsell rather than offer more frugal options. I'll be using USPS in the future.

Quoted $55 on the website to ship an item, store charged $90. Dimensions and weight were correct. Store people told me “it always costs more to ship than what the website says.” OK? So why even have a shipping calculator on the UPS website if it’s going to give people fake quotes? That’s the whole reason I came here instead of FedEx or USPS based on a false price given online.

Tori is an angel. Could not ask for better service and her and Annabelle are so nice. They practically saved my life. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for a place to return things to amazon or who just wants to enjoy a good customer service experience all around.

Getting put into their system took a few minutes mostly due to miscommunication between the clerk and me. That being corrected the service was great.

I brought in several bundles of lengthy metal bars for a canopy to return back to Amazon and Adam was amazing! He was so kind and patient with me. He found exactly what size boxes I needed to package up the bundles. He packaged it up for me right there! It's a blessing to have competent workers that are knowledgeable and helpful and not rude. Thank you a million times over Adam! You are truly AWESOME! I will always come back to this store in the future!

I've been using this store for several years now and I've always had good experiences here. Friendly & helpful staff every time I visit. I had to call the store today in order to track down an older shipping tracking number for a return and the gentleman behind the phone was very professional & courteous throughout the call.Seeing so many negative reviews on here, I thought it would benefit to give you guys a 5 star today. Thanks again for the help!
