Terrible attitudes and bad customer service. There is a location just up Broadway and I’ll be driving the few extra minutes to go there from now on. I went today for the first time and it was well worth it.

I don’t leave reviews often but I feel it’s necessary for this location. Absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Avoid this location.
I had two prepaid labels for packages that I needed printed and the over incompetence and zero lack of care was astounding. I had to basically sit by THEIR computer and wait for labels to arrive via email and then it was on me to figure out how to print and attach them to the boxes. They made me buy tape, pay for the labels to be printed and not a single person was nice, apologetic and even the least bit helpful. “We can’t do that” was the phrase of the day. Bruh, it’s your labels, you can print me on the sticker like you do for Amazon all day long. Big middle finger to this place and all 4 useless employees.

This is a privately owned UPS Store. They charge random fees and cannot point to company policies when demanding a fee. Two packages were delivered here as an approved pick up location for UPS. They wanted to charge $8 for each package to be picked up. When I asked to see their layout of charges and fees, they then reduced the price to $10. Better yet, they rang up the fee as “non-taxable.”This store is abusing the UPS name to nickel and dime consumers believing it’s a legitimate location. The employees are rude and unsupportive.Please do not ship anything to or from here. This location has been reported and I hope UPS shuts down this scam of a location.

My go to shipping store. Always friendly and eager to help. If you need a label printed, they’ll ask you to email it them and they can print on the spot. Plenty of boxes to select from for all of your shipping needs.

Took over 30mins to get two documents notarized. Took an additional 30mins to get me checked out.I will never come back here. I would suggest the same to everyone

Awful experience. Very rude owner. Came in 8 months pregnant with a huge box that was closed up but needed just one strip of tape. It was a return that came with a QR code from Amazon. The owner said I needed to pay $5 for them to tape it up for me or I can leave and come back. They made a huge scene in the store before I even had a chance to respond and there was a line behind me listening. Just very high drama telling me they can’t take the package over and over again. Super embarrassed and had to carry the huge package back out by myself.No sorry, no offer to help, no explaining that it’s just policy. No understanding. Won’t be coming back to this location.
