“I live a little over 30 miles away from this location. It's also tucked away in a shopping center where no one can see it from the main road...and ya know what?

I will HAPPILY return to this location to have my car maintained and repaired. I HIGHLY recommend this business for their honesty, professional opinion, and fair pricing.

I had come from another Brakes Plus on 92nd Ave. I have another review of that location on Google reviews. Cliff notes version: I had received an incorrect assessment of my vehicle, corners were cut, as well as dishonest expectation of wait time with little to no followup communication. I was not happy with my service and was hesitant to book another appointment with Brakes plus in general.

I booked an appointment for August 28th at 8AM for a repair to my vehicle as well as an alignment. This shop disproved claims that my car needed major repairs. Everyone I came into contact, at this location, were friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and done in a timely fashion. I received excellent and prompt communication from the tech (I want to say his name is Nick?) as well as an older gentleman that manned the front desk (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name, he worked first thing in the morning. He made me feel heard and respected. An all around nice person)

Mechanics are getting a bad rep for taking advantage of people. The employees at this location helped restore my trust and I won't forget it. I plan to come back to this location with any future repairs or maintenance I need for my car. THANK YOU!!”

“I dropped in for an oil change. It took about 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very kind and personable AND I was delighted to see that they had actually vacuumed out the front of my car AND cleaned my windows. Most oil change places list those things in the service, but never ever do them, but these guys did. Good customer service is rare these days, so I’ll never go anywhere else for an oil change.”
