I dropped my car off Saturday night (they were closed on Sunday), and first thing Monday morning, before they were even supposed to open, a great guy greeted me outside and figured out what I needed. “Did a fantastic job getting our seized spark plugs out. I was doing it myself in the garage when unthinkably the spark plug threads snapped clean off the the rest of the plug. So the plug came out but the threads were still I. The engine block. Service Street had the right tools to get it out and prevent us from having to open up the engine which would have been a lot bigger issue than simply getting the threads out. Absolutely recommend these guys. They even called me a Lyft to get me back to the shop to pick the car up. Will be coming back if I ever have future car troubles that I can’t handle myself.”

“Nice independent shop that only sells you what you need and always provides written quote for you to approve. Just had a car there for some work and I ran into an issue with picking it up when done and they offered the possibility of bringing my car to me. I was able to get it the next day but man, that's service to me. Thanks guys! Also great waiting area with snacks and drinks!”
