I’ve been living at Legacy for almost a year now and just renewed my lease. I absolutely love living here. The neighborhood is great, close to stores and gas station. The floor plan is absolutely amazing and they just did some construction around the complex to improve things. The staff is super nice. A big shoutout to Kelli, Oscar and Gabriel that always helped me the best possible way.

I recently toured this property with Oscar as guide and it was a lovely experience!
Oscar was very helpful, kind, informative, and professional. He answered all of our questions and I am looking forward to touring with him again when it's closer to my move-in date.

I recently moved in to Legacy at Highlands Ranch, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! From the very beginning, the process was incredibly easy. Touring the community was a breeze, and they went out of their way to accommodate my request to tour the exact floor plan I had placed a deposit on. Even before I formally signed my lease, I already felt like a part of the community, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Kelli and Oscar have gone above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care have made this transition incredibly smooth. Kelli is an absolute superstar, handling every question and concern with such grace and efficiency. She made me feel like I was her top priority, and her warm, welcoming demeanor truly set the tone for my new home. Oscar is equally amazing—his professionalism and expertise were evident in every interaction. He made sure everything was perfect with my new place, and his willingness to help with anything I needed was greatly appreciated.
Kelli and Oscar, you both deserve all the praise in the world! Thank you for making my move-in experience one that I'll always remember fondly. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home!

I can not state enough how absolutely superb Kelli Watson is! She really cares about the residents and it shows in the way she talks to us. It really makes me feel at home! Whenever I need anything Kelli is the first place I go and Ive been well taken care of every time. I know for a fact anyone leasing here will have a wonderful experience with her and be so thankful for all she does!

Been looking into moving to Colorado for quite some time now and came across Legacy while on vacation. Meeting Oscar at the front desk definitely helped me feel welcome at the apartment complex. So much so that i will be moving in expeditiously.
