I don't actually have pictures because I was busy shopping I love this store at the Highlands Ranch location. The people who work here have been incredibly helpful and friendly and always go out there way to make you feel like it's your home away from home and want I would campout here if they let me. WAY To GO TARGET team members.

I was shopping in the grocery section. There was an elderly man who seemed a little lost. An employee came over and offered to help. She walked him through his grocery shopping list and helped him pick out all of the items. Her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed. I don't know her name, but it occurred this morning and she has gray hair in a low ponytail, and she should be recognized by the company for being a seller employee.

And old man at self check checked my ID for some NYQuil and Dayquil at the snack bars self check out by the snack bar and once he was done, he had THE NERVE to tell me not to check out at the Snack Bar check out because it's was only to be used to purchase food. It does not matter where I check out, at least I checked out

I was argued with for asking for help at a self checkout because a 20 percent coupon wasn't applying after waiting for the associate to finish talking to a security team member about a Russian lady possible trying to shoplift for over 30 mins.Instead of being polite and asking us if we needed help she simply pointed out that she wouldn't price Match it as store sales aren't the same.That's not true at target at all for one.You guys have a price match policy.so you March all prices online or in store period even after 2 weeks you will still match the new price point.She then said I had to switch the store and then try to scan it again myself and wasn't nice about it either.Returned a dress and the people were also super stuck up as well at the front service counter and were talking with each other instead of asking if I needed help or greet me in any way.Just not a good feeling at target at all train your staff better and I will be reaching out to cooperate because you do not treat costumers like this ever.I worked retail for years you fake it and be nice it's not that hard to do the job.

I went to check out with a overflowing cart of items. There was 1 lane open and that had 2 people already in it with their carts very full too. No other lanes were opened despite what I counted as 7 other employees either stocking or standing around. The line started to get long behind me so I let the person behind me with just a few items go ahead of me. The very nice clerk had a disability and was doing an amazing job but I was aghast that not one employee even attempted to help him bag, we as customers helped. Most of the time there are 2 people checking and bagging but again, there was a line forming, no other lanes opening up and nobody helping. I checked out, went to speak to an employee to express my concern that nobody was helping their employee and the long lines forming despite alot of other employees standing around. This woman dismissed me, told me she handled it and walked away. I called to speak to a manager and that manager actually accused me of complaining about the clerk. HOW. DARE. HE. I was not complaining about the clerk, he was doing an amazing job but it was ridiculously unfair that not one person was helping him. Mind you this is a busy saturday and they had 1 lane ONE LANE open. Apparently target is ok employee someone with a disability but are not ok helping them when needed. I will never shop at a target again. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

The sweetest staff ever found at a Target. I've been here serveral times, but two specific staff encounters really proved that this place was the best Target.1. I had needed to purchase something that had a security band connecting it to the shelf. I found a staff who was stocking something and when I asked her for help, she immediately found someone with a key and she had that southern hospitality feel to her tone. All smiles and thanked me for literally nothing.2. I was checking out one day and an older man was my cashier. He saw what I was buying and struck up a conversation about how he always wanted to try this and that and how good certain products were. It was such a nice experience. You don't really get that anymore. I didn't feel like he was wasting my time, he was still very efficient in ringing me up and finalizing payment. Just made my day!
