My initial interaction with this company went well, and then things went quickly downhill. I inquired about ball containment fencing for my outdoor basketball court. I spoke with an individual on their sales team on 1/23, he said he'd email be more info with an estimate the following day. It's been almost two weeks. Not a peep from him. I've left him a couple voicemails, have even called the office. Still no follow-up. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Texted with the owner of sport court, requested to give me a quote and the costs was out of my price range so I told them I was going to just use concrete which was half the price. Response was very unprofessional - "Yes, that is correct. Enjoy your ugly, unsafe concrete court!" Also, it took them over a week to respond. Overpriced, unprofessional and sluggish to respond to inquiries. Based on this interaction alone, I would never hire this company.

They installed a court for us, the surface failed (blisters, split seams in the cushion layer, paint peeling off the lines, paint peeling in general) and they did not remedy the situation, or honor the warranty. I DO NOT recommend using them.

We used Sport Court of the Rockies for our school's gym floor and are super pleased and happy with the outcome ! Brandon, Randy, Kris and his crew did a great job overall. Communication went smooth, work was completed on time, and any issues through the process were resolved quickly. Our kids love it and look forward to many years of use. Would recommend anybody looking to install a new court or redo an old one, give S.C.R. a call.Services: Flooring

The perfect example of over promise and under deliver. Make sure that you have every little detail in writing if you are desperate enough to use them. My court is 2 years old & the concrete near the rebound wall started cracking after 6 months. It took many many calls and emails to finally have them come out and do a half fast job. Now both sides are cracking. They told me they would come over to fix in at the end of July - 2 months after the initial call. Now they won't respond back despite numerous attempts. The only option now is pursue legal action. Great a waste of time. Avoid working with them if you can.

The court came out amazing! I was so happy to see when laying the cement they really took their time to prep everything properly and made sure it was perfect. My family loves having a court it keeps us all outside for hours. Randy and his team did a fantastic job.

I've had two Sport Courts installed in our backyard in the past 20 years and recently called to have some repairs done. I left a message, and like other reviewers, never heard back. Very disappointing when you spend that much money on a court and can't maintain it.
