This place IS THE WORST. They lost my tortoise, which was to be a 2 day ordeal turned into 5. I cannot believe the irresponsibility of it all. You are accountable for the livelihood of my pet. MY CHILD. You were the folks who guaranteed a safe return from the islands. The customer service? TRASH. The internal controls? TRASH. I’m appalled honestly.

I am so incredibly thankful for the awesome customer service. Aj was so helpful. I felt pretty silly being so confused with a few different things. But I was treated so kindly and got all the help I needed right away. I really look forward to using this website from now on. It really is a breath of fresh air to have such fast and kind customer service.

Its pretty rare that I enjoy spending money somewhere but this company is by far top notch. Not only is the level of customer service astounding, they are very knowledgable and go above and beyond to help, even when there isn't much that can be done. 20 out of 10 recommend SYR for all your shipping needs. Sorry to sound like a promoter but they really are just the best.

I was moving across the country (from East to West Coast). I stumbled upon Ship Your Aquatics while researching how I was to package my live fish for safe shipping. I found their website while doing a general search for live fish shipping kits. Their price for the kit was very reasonable and it included all the items I knew I would need (bags, heat pack, insulated styrofoam box, etc). In my moving-across-the-country-stress-induced haste, I ordered the kit, and entered the incorrect shipping address! I entered in the California address as opposed to the New York address (which is where my fish and I still resided for a few more weeks!) This error came to my attention when I saw the shipping confirmation email. Oops. I called Ship Your Aquatics within an hour of receiving the shipment email, and a human actually answered the phone. Yea, that is a rarity these days. His name was Brad, and he was more than friendly and helpful in accommodating my issue. He contacted fedex and had the address changed. I also got a follow up email from a Robyn in the customer service/online center. And I'm not done! I even received a phone call the following day to confirm the address was changed from California to New York. I felt their impeccable customer service deserved a favorable Yelp review. Even though their services are mainly online, they still retain the necessary humanity that is disappearing in most businesses. Thanks Ship Your Aquatics!
