Nobody likes to move and, worse yet, nobody likes to put anything into storage. But Tammy at SecurCare Storage made it a reasonably pleasant experience under the circumstances. The facility is so spacious and clean, we were impressed with the pricing considering what it costs for storage up in Boulder ("probably the college kids").
Regardless, if you need storage short-term or longer go see Tammy ...she's great!

I often see Tammy out on the property working to keep it clean. She is always smiling and has often helped us with our deliveries, whether it's calling to notify us a truck has arrived, or opening the gate. Ive been here 7 years and she is by far the best manager.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide my input and feedback with regard to the SecurCare Self Storage in Highlands Ranch. My personal experience has been both worthwhile and reassuring. In addition to the storage facility being kept clean and safe 24/7, Tami, the Property Manager, is a total pro - very knowledgeable, understanding and knows how to listen. She addresses any and all questions and/or concerns and also asks questions (some of which I would’ve never known to ask!). This has proven to be very helpful - her insight and suggestions are much appreciated and have made our self storage experience much more satisfying. Thank you Tami for your kindness, respect, expertise and guidance with all of our storage needs!

If you had asked me a week ago, I likely would have recommended this place however cannot do so today.
They billed an entire year’s worth of insurance despite providing proof at move in and ignoring multiple emails asking about it.
Your rent will be increase 30+% a few months after move in.
And if you decide to upgrade units, not only will they increase your rent almost immediately but your auto payments will be deactivated. You won’t receive a courtesy call about it but rather they’ll hit you with a 30% late fee and lock you out of your unit. You’ll likely be locked out for days still after you resolve the payment online because they’re closed on the day of the week when most people are actually at the facility.
All storage places these days play games with revenue and raising your rent, however you are probably better off elsewhere given the terrible customer service at this location.

The manager there,, Tammy, was so helpful and awesome to work with. enjoy seeing her out and about she’s always super friendly and stops to chat. Storage place is clean well maintained very pleased with this location..

The property manager was very helpful and kind she told us all we needed to know and also showed us three different sizes. She was very helpful and that was a plus to the beautiful property well maintained and very secure.

Although have been a tenant with SecuCare since 2021, I intended to close my account today because I noted my bills with then were not coming correctly for a while. Instead of doing that, I want to take a moment to praise Tami Hill that has been the manager at the Highlands Ranch Store in Colorado for the last three months. Before her that facility has had three managers in less than a year, so things did not go as well as they should. Her attentiveness for my complaints and the way she, with a fantastic will promptly found an alternative to resolve the problem, made me change my mind. Congratulations Tami Hill for your excellent knowledge about the systems in SecuCare and your out-of-the-chart Customer Support.

The storage space was clean, the outside grounds were too, very well managed. The Property Manager is well knowledge and pleasant. I would definitely consider returning to this Storage Facility again when I need a unit again
