Charged my card a different amount than what was on my receipt for service. Never once mentioned there was a fee to use a credit card? Had I known I would’ve chosen a different payment method.

Brody was fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable and able to get answers to things he didn't know. 5 stars for him and the sales end. The detailing of the car I just purchased left me a little less impressed. Water spots on the hood and rims. Speckled areas on the center console, some dust in hard to reach places, and leaves and twigs and mouse droppings under the hood

Noah and folks were great…totally simple transaction…in and out the door in no time. I have now purchased 7 vehicles from Schomp…all seamless…as long as you aren’t dealing with Schomp Hyundai…that’s a different issue all together.

So happy with my Mini. Dreams do come true! From sales (Byron) to service ( Sarah Dobbie)! It was a pleasure! Byron completed the sale of my dream car, Green Countryman ALL4. Sarah made sure follow up service went perfectly and racing stripes look fantastic! Would ask for her again when bring in for service!

i bought the car at this dealership the seat belt has a problem they said they will order and replace it but i been waiting for a year and contact them many time they keep saying out of stock and need to wait OMG really bad dealership !

This dealership is one of the worst I have ever come into contact with. Back in March I purchased a vehicle with them. The day after purchase the vehicle popped a check engine light stating all four cylinders were misfiring after having it in their shop multiple times and them only replacing the spark plugs they stated they didn't know what was wrong with it, after looking at it myself I realized they had put the wrong gas type into the car which was causing the misfires. With that resolved I went to the next issue, the car had a pretty massive stutter when going into first and second gear after stopping. They stated once again they didn't know what it was and that they could not fix it since it wasn't a MINI brand vehicle. After having it in many shops it has been diagnosed to needing a 1st gear clutch pack replacement and possibly a second gear clutch pack replacement costing me $4000+. ALONG with the issues that Schomp MINI knew about and refused to fix, they also have failed to register my vehicle with the state of Colorado stating that they cannot obtain the duplicate title which to my knowledge is illegal to sell a vehicle in the state of Colorado without proper documentation INCLUDING the title. It has been almost 6 months and I'm no longer able to get temp tags. This has been an absolute nightmare and genuinely they shouldn't be in business if this is how they conduct themselves.
