Added all kinds of nontransparent, shady fees
Who adds extra fees just for using a credit card? The answer is nobody!
In addition, They don’t tell you upfront about their unusual fees..
They didn’t care
Their evaluation did not make any sense to me. They told me I needed new coolant and a new sensor when I just replaced it four years ago.
I won’t come back to buy a car and I won’t come back for service

DO NOT TRUST: they sold a used car that had been in an accident with a deer. Car was brought to their shop. Owner didn’t want to pay to fix. Schomp bought it back, repaired the body damage, computer was still broken. Did NOT report it to carfax and did not disclose it when we bought it. We learned about it when their mechanic accidentally let it slip “oh I remember this car - we never did fix the computer.” Not before charging us $2,100 to not fix it again, do not trust any warranties they offer on used cars. Customer service repeatedly denied it after that and refused to fix it. What a joke. Again do not trust.

Much better experience buying a vehicle than i’ve had in the past. I only had to deal with one person, Hayes, and he was great to work with! No pressure or sales talk, just helpful and knowledgable.

Buying a car isn’t always simple. It’s a sensitive decision that most likely affects our daily lives. I'm thankful to say I highly recommend this dealership. I will admit I am not easy to please. Fortunately, right from the beginning, they had the exact car I was looking for. When things got a little complicated, David and Matt went above and beyond to make sure I knew I was valued and that they would take care of my needs. In reality, my expectations were surpassed. Their customer service and dedication to support the best experience possible was a total success. I am truly grateful for all their help, For the right car I was willing to travel 300 miles but for an experience to make it all worth it, now that is priceless.

I just had my first lease experience with Tim from Schomp Honda and let me tell you I will be back for my next lease in 3 years. I have bought and leased multiple new and used cars from dealerships in wisconsin, Illinois as well as Colorado. However, this experience was by far the easiest, no bull, no trying to pull a fast one etc. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone I interacted with the entire time I was there. Thank you for making this car buying/leasing experience one that I will be happy to tell everyone about.

Hayes was absolutely amazing! But I expected nothing less from another Ohio Native ? My fiancee and I originally stopped in last month to get some information on the vehicle she was looking to purchase. He was very thorough with his search and was sure to answer all of our questions. We came back this past weekend to make the actual purchase. He was super helpful and went the extra mile to get us the best price and ARP with the lenders. I’ve purchased a car before, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. If you go to Schomp, ask for Hayes!

I love the different car options and the amazing cheap price they offer. The cars are clean, spotless. Not a rat in sight. Quiet nice showroom atmosphere. Well done schomp honda colorado. Friendly staff. Well organized too.
