i used to work here, i absolutely loved working here, but i expanded my career opportunities and left sally’s. i went in today to buy hair dye and your employee izzy was rude and unhelpful. when i worked here we greeted everyone with a smile and made sure they found what they needed not get annoyed when i ask a simple question and acted like i’m stupid for not knowing the deals going on. do better.

Do not buy any clippers or trimmers from any Sally's location. They do not sell professional quality hair tools and you cannot return them . I just wasted $100.00 on trimmer that don't even cut hair.

The manager here, Wendy, is AMAZING! She's knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely customer service oriented... this is not my closest Sally's but this is the only one I will frequent now. She's the best!

Said I didn't need help and an employee got in my space, tacked on $20 of stuff I didn't need for the hair look I was going for; when I tried to explain hey I know what I'm doing I don't need this the lady got flustered and said I won't ring you up without it it won't look good :/miss the old employees

Wendy, the store manager, and the assistant manager both went above and beyond to help us! We needed help twice over the course of a few weeks, and both times we received excellent and personalized service. Wendy took the time to explain product options to us and helped us make the best choice for what we needed.

I went in today and the manager (blonde, above shoulder length hair) and the gentlemen at the register were amazing! The manager answered all my questions and they both offered assistance a couple times. I was on crutches and they accommodated my needs, which I did not expect. I see some bad reviews below; those employees must be gone because every time I’ve gone in; they have been more than helpful!

Gabby was completely rude on the phone when i called and asked about information for a nearby store. She interrupted me while i was explaining why i was calling and told me if i would “just stop talking” she would could talk. I’ve been working customer service for over 18 years. I have never talked to any customer calling for information the way she attacked me. Insane. And she refuses to give me a time to call back and speak with the store manager. Sallys, please realize that your sales associates shouldn’t scream at and hang up on customers. So gross.
