Had surgery today. The wife went by to fill my prescription for my pain medication. They said they didn’t have it! Would need to order it today and could not tell her when it might arrive ? This is the third time this has happened! I don’t care about their policy on pain medication on hand! They said they only get a certain amount each month….. so what are we supposed to do now ? The only reason I go here is because they are so close to my house ?

Compared to other pharmacies in the area this is by far the best option. It's not even close. The people are friendly and the lines aren't nearly as long as other places.

Really straightforward and consistent service; sent a new rx in here, one that was unavailable at my usual pharmacy; I was dreading what kind of issues could present themselves and expected delays. Got a text within an hour that it was filled and ready. Awesome

DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Filled out my Rx transfer through them 7 days ago. Have called multiple times to check in and not once has the phone been answered. I left multiple voicemails that were never returned. Had to walk into the pharmacy multiple times to get answers. Every time, I was told they did not receive anything, despite me calling my pharmacy multiple times and then confirming that they sent it multiple times. I am so sad that Kroger no longer has a partnership with my insurance, as the pharmacy staff there has always been so kind, finding coupons for those outside of insurance, answering the phones right away. I would rather pay out of pocket with no insurance than deal with the rudeness and laziness of the employees at this Safeway pharmacy.

This place is unbelievable. I asked a woman in the Highlands Ranch Safeway pharmacy to transfer my prescription to Kings Soopers because Safeway's price was really high. She said in a snippy voice that they would make the transfer but they never did (after about 6 hours on Saturday morning, the 10th of Sept., 2022) and this was even after Kings Soopers called them twice and left voicemails both times asking them to transfer it. One star is too high for this place.

I just moved to highlands ranch and had my prescription transferred online. I’ve been calling for a week, different times of day and nothing. I’m to the point where I just need to go in to get anything done. Hopefully it gets better in the future.

They NEVER answer the phone. It’s been over a year and no matter what time of day or weekday that I call , they still do not pick up. I have a very busy schedule and its quite an inconvenience.Very frustrating. I will proceed to establish myself as a customer elsewhere.Please staff appropriately or shut down if you are an inefficient pharmacy.

claim to be filling your prescription, then when you call (2 hours after it was supposed to be filled) they tell you it’s out of stock and make it your problem to fix. don’t waste your time or money here.

Best part of Safeway. For sure! The other part I try to avoid... The pharmacist woman has been there forever it seems. She's super nice and the other staff are as well. Took 5 min to get a shot.

I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years. In the past they have been great. Now, I would give this pharmacy a 0 if I could. They have been shorting me on my medications for months. When I called them on it they acted like I was taking too many. Finally I figured out they were only giving me 24 tablets instead of 45 for each month. When I called to point out the discrepancy- again they didn't want to take responsibility. When I went in to pick up the medication a few days later - it wasn't ready. Today , after another 2 days - again they tried to blame me - stating that the medication wasn't ready ( even though the clerk had the bottle of pills I. Her hand) and she made me wait 15 min while she waited on other customers. I appreciate that with staffing shortages waits may be longer- but this pharmacy is not only rude but DANGEROUS!
