Picked up my first dive watch today! Besides the watch I want to mention the exceptional customer service and family owned business feel! I was kindly assisted with looking at dive watches in my price range and one of the associates helped me right away. Also, took the time to explain the brand and different options.
To top of the watch buying experience the associate even checked in the back for swag related to the brand. While not finding anything I still was given a free hat.
This business just got a new loyal customer!! Keep up the amazing work…

I brought my watch in to have the battery changed. I was told there was water damage and that the mechanism needed to be replaced. I took the watch to another store. The battery was replaced and the watch worked immediately. I felt like i was being upsold.

I cannot begin to tell you how great the staff is at this facility. I came in for a buckle repair and they were so considerate of my time and knowledgeable about the piece. Their store has a great selection of many fine watches to fit every style. I highly recommend giving them a peek. Thank you again for the buckle repair.

Asked about pricing for servicing a Seiko, the price for a service was more then what the watch costs new. ($300+) Extra ridiculous considering this store sells Seiko watches, but apparently charges the same to service them as they would a Rolex.

My watch needed a repair and even though I didn't buy it here they happily took a look. Turns out it was a minor repair which only took a minute and they were able to fix it right away.
Excellent service and I couldn't be happier.

Very very great experience! Got a watch from them for my mother for her birthday, unfortunately she didn’t like it. But! They happily helped my mother find one she did like! Will be back for more watch purchases soon! Amazing selection some brands I haven’t even heard of as someone who prides themselves on their knowledge of watches. Will be back to get a Muhlë.

Terrific experience working with Victoria on purchasing a Grand Seiko watch. Right Time is focused on watches and have a large selection in store. They're authorized dealers for everything they sell, and have Master Watchmakers onsite. It's nice to support a family-owned business and I'm glad I drove up from Colorado Springs to do business with them.

I wanted to write a quick review to share my experience working with Right Time (the Highlands Ranch store). I initially visited the store a few years ago, to look for a possible alternative to a watch I had that was stolen. The staff was helpful, informative, and not pretentious. I didn’t make a purchase then (nor did the staff pressure me to buy), but appreciated the time they took to show me the watches.
Recently, I had an interest in a Seiko Sharp Edge that Right Time has available for pre-order. It’s not always easy to get a feel for a watch, without seeing it in person. To address this issue, Monica was able to get a copy from the distributor. This worked great, as the watch looked better in person than in the on-line pictures, which finalized my decision to purchase the watch. Once again, I appreciated the level of customer service I received (which also applies to an additional adjustment to the bracelet done by the Denver store a few days later).
Subsequently, I purchased another watch, with a similar positive experience. And I have to say, I’m really pleased with both watches that I purchased. They’re better than I anticipated, both in terms of their look and timekeeping.
All in all, I think Right Time is worth a visit if they carry (or can order) a watch that interests you. I also think it’s good to be able to direct purchasing dollars to a local business.

Knowledgeable and professional staff! I was very impressed with variety of watches they have at this location.
They carry more German made watches from Glashuette ( Tutima, Muhle, Laco) than anywhere I have been in Denver proper and I was eager to add one to my collection!
They also are proficient in watch repair as well.
Top drawer watch shop for the local area watch collector.

Brought in a Tag Heuer kinetic that was losing more time than it should be, looking to see about a repair. They come back a couple of days later asking for $1100 for the job, including over $600 just to oil and tune it. Not even close to the realm of reality. So I go pick it up today and notice the time WAY off. I give it some shakes to get the kinetic energy going, reset the time, come back to it this evening...nope, it's losing ALL the minutes - the watch doesn't work at all now.
I can keep shaking it and it'll keep spinning the kinetics forever which tells me that when they put it back together after cracking it and checking it out, they screwed something up to prevent the kinetics from functioning. I popped out the crown and attempted to wind the spring manually, but I can keep spinning it forever without building up resistance. I don't know if they've got the clutch permanently engaged or if they damaged the spring.
Given they're closed on Sundays, I'll find out Monday whether they're going to get it at least back the way it was when I gave it to them or if I have to run to the courthouse.
I can just say "thanks but no thanks" when a company wants to gouge to do basic work on a watch based on its value (let's be honest, if I had given them a Citizen, the price would have been much lower to oil it), but when you break it and then hand it back, that's not copacetic.
