I contacted RedRocks Credit Union to refinance my vehicle. Briana Lawson was my loan officer and my loan was approved and ready for my signature in 2 days with a much lower interest rate. I was so impressed. Briana was very quick and professional.

If you are interested in getting a loan from RRCU, ask for Bri (Briana Lawson) who is a financial advocate. I have worked with her on a couple of occasions and she is an awesome advocate, plain & simple, bar none.Case 1: When I was trying to co-sign to help start my daughter's credit history, we worked with Bri and got my daughter a loan for a motorcycle.Case 2: When I requested a lien request after paying off my own motorcycle loan, she took charge and got it expedited and had my lien released the very same day!Thank you Bri!Hshiba

We have worked with Red Rocks Credit Union on a number of occasions for vehicle financing and have been very happy. Our most recent experience was to set up a purchase from a lease expiration for our daughter. Briana Lawson was phenomenal to work with. She was very clear in what was needed, was very communicative and expedited this process very quickly and efficiently. Very appreciative and would strongly recommend working with Red Rocks CU Highlands Ranch and Briana Lawson.

We just opened up a few accounts for the kids as starter accounts and we were pleasantly surprised to learn how much higher the interest rates are for some of the savings accounts. Briana was great to work with and was most helpful with showing my kids how to set up the mobile app on their phones and how to get started. She was able to quickly and efficiently answer all our questions and provide additional information about the credit union that I was not aware of. I wish we had looked into this credit Union a lot sooner. We will be transferring all of our current banking accounts here based on the much higher interest rates for savings and no/low fees compared to our current bank.

They are not honest or helpful. They issued, added postage and "mailed" a cashiers check. It was lost in the mail and red rocks has refused any actions to recover or track this check. This seems like a scam.They have lied in the past about posting payments. They will hold the check and process it after its a late pay. Not on the date of postage like every real bank including the govt.They are not an honest establishment.

Fantastic experience with a recent signature loan working with Briana. Started the loan application on Monday and the loan was closed on the same same. Funds were deposited by Tuesday. Briana was exceptional throughout this experience. Very professional, friendly and responsive. Nice to see such quality service

Every time I go into this place there's a reason why they can't help me. My card expired last month, they never sent another, I came in on the first and was told they couldn't print a new card because they're having contract issues with their card services. So I have to wait up to 21 business days (a month) to get my debit card. I came in today and was told they could print a whole new debit card but it would be a new number, so everything in my life set up on automatic payments has to have the new number. I submitted. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on my new card. "It will only be 10 minutes". When I asked why it's taking so long I get told "oh the person meant to activate it is in a meeting." It's impossible to get anyone here to actually do their jobs. They used to be okay at handling things but in recent years it's gone drastically downhill. It's always an excuse. "Oh, we didn't notice a new card needed to be sent," "oh we can't figure out our contract". It's hard to put any faith in them to hold my money when they can't even do simple things their competitors do.

You are not allowed to open a savings account to get a 7% interest unless you have a driver's license. That is information they won't tell you until you go to open the account. They will not take a retired military veteran ID card to open a savings account at that credit union. Veterans beware. Stay away

Have been a member of Red Rocks for a long time. They take care of their customer. Highly recommend them. Much better than the ESG commercial banks.
