We are new to Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic, but both of our dogs are patients there. We have seen two different vets, and both were awesome with our dogs. Everyone on the staff has been so helpful too. Their service fees are reasonable, which isn't the case everywhere. The personalized experience from dealing with a small business instead of a huge corporation sets this animal clinic apart from their competition.

Great place, great People, great care! They've taken care of my pets since Mickey, first puppy, many years ago-now many dogs and cats even though I've moved out of the area, I still take my pets there!

We adopted two kittens through the Dumb Friends League and received some free initial services with this office. At the appointment, I mentioned that it was challenging to trim the kittens' claws. The tech offered to do it while she was standing there, otherwise unoccupied. I agreed and two minutes later, she was done. As we were leaving, I was told that although the claw trimming was very quick, the rest of the visit was free, so they decided to charge me $52.00 for clipping my two kittens' claws. Fifty Two Dollars. Not because they think the service is worth $52, but because the rest of the visit was free. If I were at a human nail salon, I would have known to ask how much the service cost before I accepted it. But I didn't expect the vet's office to take advantage of me. I don't do business this way and I won't do business again with this office.

I can always depend on Dr. Clow and the staff at Quebec Highlands to treat my dogs like their own and give them a very high level of care. I have a long relationship with the clinic and I know I can trust that my dogs will get the best care there.

I have now had two bad experiences at this veterinary office within a month. First visit (about a month ago), each of my two cats were given the wrong shot. The veterinarian asked me to bring one of my cats back for a booster vaccine 1 month later. I decided to try them again, which was my mistake. When I arrived, they couldn't decide what vaccine to give my cat. Once they did, they still had it wrong. They said the reason they couldn't figure out what vaccine to give is because they are short handed. Do you and your pets a favor and find a different veterinarian.

Great staff and vets. They took amazing care of our stray cat Landey and helped get him healthy. Dr Clow even checked in on Landey daily to see how he was doing. I highly recommend any dr here as Landey has interacted with all of them.

DO NOT USE. Unethical. Unprofessional. Money hungry. I took my dog there for an injured leg on Jan 28th, 2021. The whole point was to get an x-ray which they never did "because they would have to sedate the dog". At the end of the appt I was told that they would prescribe some pain medication for she was obviously in pain but that they wouldn't actually give me the pain med without me paying for $173.00 for blood work first. The blood work had NOTHING TO DO with the pain medication, they just wanted the extra moolah $$$. I offered to sign a waiver saying that if anything happened to the dog because of the pain med they wouldn't be held liable. THEY WITHHELD and KIDNAPPED THE PAIN MED and refused to give it to me. I refused the unnecessary bloodwork and left the office. It was now 5:40pm. I sat in the parking lot trying to call my vet who closed at 5pm (and did not have an x-ray machine which is why I went to QHAC). I called another pet place that offers pain remedies but they couldn't accommodate my dog. So I was FORCED, COERCED, basically FINANCIALLY RAPED to pay the $173.00 for unnecessary blood work in order to get my dog the pain medication she desperately needed. Money comes before the care of the animals. Shame on Quebec Highlands Animal clinic!

Had a great experience here! Our dog had an ear infection and we couldn't get in to his regular vet so contacted this office and got right in. Everyone at Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic was caring and thorough. Baxter was fixed up in no time and felt better the next day!

My dogs are my family and I have trusted Dr. Clow with their care for many years. She has been extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in not only preventative care, but also dental issues, surgical procedures, and multiple cancer treatments. The Quebec Highlands staff treats your pet as their own and I have appreciated the quality of care that my dogs have received there for over 20 years.
