“Great pharmacy! Wish they had earlier hours and didn’t close for a whole hour from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. Wish they could cycle the staff where they could all take breaks/lunch on shifts and not be closed during the day. Other than their hours they are wonderful!”

“When reading these reviews you have to consider that most of these people that are complaining are: entitled, cannot follow basic instructions, and probably were rude. I’d argue some are lying to be dramatic.
With that being said, the staff are extremely competent and patient. This place is 80% consistent and when they’re not, it is usually my fault. This is a great pharmacy in the Littleton and Highlands Ranch area. I work at a different pharmacy and this place is loads better. It is upsetting CVS is likely being greedy with their hours, often leaving the place understaffed at times. The lead pharmacist with glasses is very sweet, and she is a hard worker!”
“The service and product availability has drastically dropped off at this location. Used to be that staff much friendlier and customer oriented, that is no longer the case for the most part. Also, product stocking is way off. For example, Kroger Brand Rasin Bran cereal has been off the shelves for about 3 moths. Can't believe they are importing it from China or Asia.
Another peeve, THEY NO LONGER HAVE PAPER BAGS, despite their advertisement that KS is "Green". I guess single use plastic bags must be better for the environment in their opinion. Will start looking for stores that still provide paper bags.”

“Jase and Kody might as well run the place . They helped me find items check me out and get me out to the car. They deserve a raise like 21 dollars an hour. Thankfully the younger generation is saved thanks to these two. This proves the younger generation has hope. We need to get these kids noticed. “While I cannot recall the pharmacist's name, I can recall multiple pleasant interactions with both him and his staff. Younger, handsome guy but I digress. They deal with so much volume and I've had a couple urgent Rx issues which multiple staff members went above and beyond to rectify. They truly care about people and deserve much better than the current 2-3 stars they have. Everyone take some deep cleansing breaths and remember to be kind. They're doing their best and their best is better than a lot of pharmacies and health care related businesses I've ever dealt with in multiple states and situations. Thank you CVS Highlands Ranch!”
“Now this is how a pharmacy should work! I got a prescription from my eye doctor and he gave me a coupon and said the medication is crazy expensive without it. I scanned the qr code, filled out all the info and got a thank you screen saying the coupon can now be used. I went to Walgreens for pick up. When I got there the pharmacist, Athena, said the coupon didn't work on her side and the cost would be $300 without it. I showed her my phone and online confirmation. She was patient and kind and tried to find a way to figure out what was going on with the coupon on her side. She went so far as to take out her own cell phone and activate the qr code again using her phone. It worked! She could finally see it in her system. I am so grateful to Athena! With the coupon it was only $48. Thank you, Athena and thank you Walgreens for employing folks like her!”

“I shop frequently here and recently switched to get prescriptions here and so far no issues and they’re always very quick. The pharmacist is incredibly kind and will still come and check regarding any questions each time.”

“The staff here handles themselves remarkably under pressure. I was in line to pick up a batch of pictures and the lady in front of me was having a tantrum about a refund for some photos she had gotten reprinted. Apparently she didnt have a reciept and the employee at the counter was trying to figure out the price of the order. Good on Danielle for keeping her cool because the lady absolutely would not! I will be coming back to this location when I want to deal with professionals”

It seems like their reviews haven't been the best lately. However, our kids doctor is right next door to Walgreens and so for the past 7 years, Ryan (pharmacist) has always treated us with the utmost respect, kindness and consideration!

“8/20/23 I just called the pharmacy. I did not have to wait AT ALL to speak to someone to cancel a Rx. Lila was pleasant and efficient and very helpful. Just like Walgreens used to be before the pandemic.”

“We had to go to this pharmacy pretty late and there was only one person working the pharmacy, her name was Mai I think is the spelling, you could tell she had so much going on being the only one there and she helped us so much, it was a bit of a wait but that’s understandable she walked us through everything and proceeded to be very apologetic about making us wait and others wait. Overall an incredible experience and I really hope she stays there, very valuable employee”
