Jeremy at United Access on County Line Rd in Highlands Ranch is Amazing!! We had a wild ride, so to speak, getting our wheelchair accessible van in for my son. Jeremy was with us all the way handling everything as it came from suppliers to working with our credit union. You won't find a better place to purchase a van or other accessibility vehicle or for service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thanks so much for everything you did for us!!

Those of us that have family members who have accessibility issues for every sort of reason know what a nightmare it is to find competent assistance. The staff at United Access Highlands Ranch are a group of thoughtful, understanding, professionals.Brian and his colleagues here are the best we have encountered in our many years of mobility limitations. They pay attention to your specific needs, they respond in timely fashion, they suggest clever solutions and are easy to work with. We had a problem with a new piece of equipment that had been installed at a different company and that store was very difficult to work with and uncooperative at finding an adequate solution. Our product was still under warranty and United Access went the extra mile to reach out to the manufacturer and find the best way forward. We cannot recommend them enough to anyone seeking mobility improvement. And if that's not enough...they have a lift chair and other seating accommodations in their waiting area that make the whole experience pleasant instead of challenging. Five stars! We give them our highest recommendation!

I went over to see if they could fix my dad's lift for his wheelchair and since he gets help though the VA; we needed approval through the VA. Brian, which is the head of maintenance/shop helped us anyway! The customer service is the very best! Every time I have been here they are very friendly and they get things done! Thanks to them, I can get dad around with his electric wheelchair now. Thanks, Matthew Erickson

BUYERS BEWARE!!!Shame on you! You sold us a POS van and we have put thousands of dollars into repair. You said you had someone come here from Arizona to look over the van and he could not find anything. Then why are we putting this money into this used van that you would not even help us make a deal on knowing it was not worth what you charged. You sent as a text on January 1, 2021. The van still will not start unless it is charged and now it is not working at all once again. We have been able to get it started and take it somewhere approximately three times since January 2021. How dare you leave us in such a state and charge us for a van that doesn’t work. It’s Criminal so please buyers beware of this company if you’re looking for a used vehicle

We needed our Adapt Solutions XL-Seat lift fixed ASAP prior to our trip. They took care of it on the spot. I had a great chat while waiting and also received more helpful information to pass along to our MS groups. Great bunch of helpful people. Made me want to be a part of the team!

United Access receives 100% of our satisfaction.The stress of transitioning vehicles is difficult with a spinal cord injury. In addition, to the financial strain placed on individuals and family members utilizing an adaptive vehicle.When we transition vehicles United Access answers all questions, provides services, and assists in all areas of this transition making it as smooth as possible.We continue to be pleased with United Access. We have recently just transitioned into our fourth vehicle.Thank you, United Access!!!

The VA recommended this place to install a lift for a scooter wheelchair for a veteran of this United States who lost his ability to walk serving this country. There were a few very difficult instances that we experienced such as in early January, we were there to get the lift installed and they told us that they had to get another lift to adequately fit on our specific car because the one they ordered was incorrect. This place is not close to us so it's a trek, I was upset because he should've had the correct one or at least called us before we came to just send us back home. He told us he would call us to reschedule, which he did but we had to cancel because we were sick. The last time we had scheduled this to be done we cancelled because of the weather. So we called to reschedule and we were told they would need us to come in leave the car for probably a week and he would do a little each day. This kind of punishing treatment is horrible by any company, especially towards a disabled veteran! I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic place to have mobility van worked on.. Since I bought my van (different company) my ramp always made noise. Also my battery didn't hold a charge. I picked it up yesterday and it runs like a dream, no more noise and I had a battery maintainer put on and these guys are very cleaver. The plug to disconnect or reconnect comes out of my front grille. It is perfect. Special to Brian and the other guy in the office, your help was 5 stars. Thank you so much for your help. I will see you next year for its yearly check up.

We needed to rent a wheelchair accessible van for two weeks, and the team at UA could not have been more helpful! They gave us a great deal on the cost, worked with us on accommodating our return-time, and the vehicles they offer for rent are reliable and in great condition. Thank you guys!

Today, J. D. got me out of a jam literally. I was jammed in my lockdown, and it would not release. Apparently, I had a screw loose. Not the first time I've been accused of that. Anyway, at this location, whether it be called Performance Mobility, United Access or whatever is to come, J.D. took care of what could have been a complicated problem, and I didn't get charged. Thanks for your help, even though I couldn't find the place.

Never buy a van from these people! They admitted to over charging me, but never refunded me. And it took three months to get a clean title on a new van. It had been titled twice, so I did not receive any of the perks of buying a new vehicle. JUST SAY NO!

I had the pleasure of working with Ron and JD (sylvester) in the service department, over the past week! Both of these guys took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work done, and they went above and beyond to help me with other issues related to my vehicle! These two guys are a huge asset to the company and I could not have had a better experience!

I had to call the emergency service on a Saturday because my lockdown wouldn't release me. Gary Perry was there in 30 minutes troubleshooting a lockdown that was really worn out and not repairable. He somehow got me out and assured me I could get in on Monday. By the time I called early Monday morning, Gary had already briefed Ron, the service manager, and my van was in the shop by 10. Great customer service, Gary. Your expertise is always phenomenal! Thanks so much!!
