My partner and I toured this property with the help of Anisa. She was amazing! She went in depth of the whole property, amenities, floor plans etc. We were so thrilled we submitted an application that day. You can tell this management team truly cares about their tenants. Thank you Anisa for making this next chapter feel like home!

Anisa was so helpful and kind I loved working with her! Not only did she help me find the perfect place for me she also helped my Grandmother as well. I really appreciated her, anytime I had any questions she would respond very quickly. It was overall just such a great experience and I’m very grateful for her support throughout it all. I highly recommend if you’re looking at Palomino Park ask for Anisa she’s amazing!

This community has exceeded my expectations. The property is clean, well maintained and includes an incredible array of amenities. The property manager Caryl and resident coordinator Lisa are amazing, the absolute best. The Red Canyon team are truly incredible. I highly recommend 10/10

This is an absolute beautiful community with a lot of great amidites. Super dog friendly and so many things to do! If you are coming in to tour or want to sign a new lease, I would definitely recommend to go see Anisa Archuleta. She is super knowledgeable about the community and can help you find the right spot for you and your family. By far the best apartment complex I have been to and been apart of!

There's a reason they have so many 1 star reviews. Management here is a nightmare to deal with. They never get back to you, no matter how many times you email or leave a voicemail. The staff here are all incompetent and malicious. Gabriella was a pain to deal with and shouldn't be working customer service if she's just going to be petulant. Always raising prices for apartments that aren't even luxury. I advise you to seek other forms of housing!

Even though we have just moved in a couple of days ago, we're already huge fans of the community here. The neighbors have been friendly and polite, the staff has been efficient at communicating and getting work done, and the community itself has been so gorgeous that me and my fiancé can't stop talking about taking walks around the neighborhood or spending more time outside to enjoy the amenities here. The only cons we have noticed so far are things that aren't in the control/fault of the staff such as impatient and inconsiderate drivers. We hope to make this place our home for a while!

Toxic Water damaged black mold inside our apartment, Denied by property untill proven otherwise by mold remediation company.
Been a fight ever since to get it taken care of and fighting for families safety. We have been displaced to 4 units now inside of Blue Ridge at Palomino Park Resort, all 4 units have had water damaged black mold. Other tenants also with children have discovered same issues, this place is dangerous. And deny the severity of black mold with in the community, fresh paint covers the dangers that lurk here

Had to take time off work to view these because they only tour during a few hours a day, and they only tour by appointment. When I arrived two days later the units I wanted to tour were not available to see even though they were marked as available now and I specifically had asked to see these. I was instead shown units that were nothing like what I wanted to move into. This was a waste of time. I was given inaccurate information on a specific units amenities and I had to email and call again to confirm. Then when I was ready to sign I ask for a video of the actual unit because I’m not able to take off work again and I’m told it’ll be sent by end of day. That was weeks ago. I give up. If the site makes it look too good to be true it probably is.

Amazing staff and services. My fiance and I have waited 2 years to be able to live here, and thanks to our leasing agent Anisa, we are now able to. She was very respectful and helpful. Not only has it made our living better, but gives us peace of mind.
Bella was also super helpful and just an overall kind person. Answered many questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable.
Lastly, Michael at the reception desk for Iron Horse gym is amazing. Very kind gentleman, and very thoughtful. Everyone has gone above our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased!

Living at Palomino was a great experience! Never had any issues and maintenance was quick to fix any little problems that did arise at green river. S/o to Aaron, he replaced my dishwasher within a day or two when it stopped working.

Rachel was helpul, smart and súper nice. Loved working with Rachel she made apartamento shopping easy and was detailed and patient when explaining the application process.

When looking for a place to live I was able to work with Rachel, she was really nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions, walked me through navigating the open apartments and move in dates that would work for me. Her kind and caring demeanor was appreciated. Can’t wait to live at Palomino park.

We just toured and loved everything about palomino park! Anisa our tour guide was super helpful and informative when it came to answering all of our questions. The rest of the staff we got to meet including Bella were all super friendly and nice! We could for sure see ourselves moving in here and hopefully we do if all goes well!

When I’ve arrived for my tour, I was greeted by Bella right away, she was so welcoming and shared a ton of great insights with me while I was waiting. The leasing agent I’ve worked with was Berna, she was such a ? gem! It’s been almost a decade since I’ve lived alone and having to choose a unit was a very difficult decision for me. Berna took the time to ensure she understands my needs and provided options that are within my budget. I ended up calling her to tour additional units, she made time to show me additional units although she had a busy day. Followed up with me again today to make sure I don’t have any more questions. I’m so thankful to have Berna to help me with this huge decision and so excited to be moving in soon!

Amenities are wonderful. Getting maintenance requests handled in a timely manner appears to be impossible.
2 months ago and I have not heard from anyone about the maintenance review I posted .
