Nikki reached out today after the lengthy ordeal below and was very pleasant to work with. She explained more about how the policy works and what I should be understanding regarding my use of the vehicle and how it impacts my coverage. The 1-star rating reflects the initial experience with this office, not the latest work done by Nikki and will updated accordingly once I'm sure everything has been sorted out.Everything below was written prior to 1/2/24 and reflected my opinions at the time of writing.I started a new policy with Ryan's help in September and was quoted $63/month for insurance on an old project car. I was billed correctly for the first two months of the policy, but after that, I have been getting charged $260-$270 each month now.I have called Nikki's office 3 separate times before today, the first being over a month ago when the first overcharge was made. Nikki promised a call back on one call and Ryan promised a call back on another. When I called again today after still hearing nothing from either of them, he said he was "just taking a look at it this morning" after a month of leaving it sit (what luck). Not sure what he was looking at before I called, because it took less than 4 minutes of typing away in silence for him to have to admit he couldn't see what I was being billed for and needed to contact underwriting to find out anything about it.EDIT: Ryan did call me back at the end of the day after leaving this review and explained that the difference in price was because of some mistakes in how I filled out some paperwork from some miscommunication during the policy setup, but has now resolved the issue. I'm happy to now be paying the agreed price going forward for my policy.I still do not recommend this office. After I'd thanked Ryan for fixing the issue, he replied with "...and that review you left?" followed by a long pause waiting for me to say I'd take it down. After hearing that, it is blatantly obvious that this issue was only a priority because their rating was negatively affected.EDIT 2: I received another email from Ryan telling me that I've slandered the office and that issue is not resolved and will require another phone call on Tuesday. So that's fun. I just wanted to pay $63 for insurance like we agreed, that's it. The headaches just don't stop.

Nikki and her office have always been so wonderful and easy to work with. Not to mention, they keep me on track when I forget to pay on my policy. I have been with them for around 15 years and I have never had a problem with getting questions answered or filing a claim.

Switching insurance isn’t something I take lightly, however, after my long time agent retired, I was not getting the same kind of response or rapport from the agency that took over, so I started my search. I could not be happier with the support, responsiveness and genuine concern and connection I have gotten from Ryan, Melissa and the entire team working with Nikki. Not only did I recognize great savings, but feel like I am better educated and looked after.

We have had Nikki Dyer as our agent for years. Her staff, epecially Melissa Compton, go out of their way to take care of our needs. We have car, home, business and an umbrella policy with them and completely satisfied with the service we receive.

Horrible support and left with no fair payment. We are $3000 plus out of pocket with no help to be paid All they say is that they can’t pay our car repair bills. Amazing. We have used State Farm for over 30 years. Now I’m not sure why.

I ran into an instance (pun intended) where I was needing a windshield replaced, after already having one replaced weeks prior. I had called to check my coverages and see if my rates would go up.Ryan answered my call, and, went above and beyond from there. He inquired to the shop manager on my behalf, and then collaborated further with them to a resolve, making sure my needs were met promptly, and with minimal cost. Simply put, excellent customer service and communication! Would highly recommend this office without reservation.
