Used to go to the Capitol hill location almost daily back in the 90s and 2000s. Im glad this one still exists. I will be coming back next time I'm in the area. Thanks guys

Never order. delivery. ever. Super inconsistent and takes about 30 mins - 1hr longer than the ETA and shows up cold as a result. Super good pizza, but the delivery service needs an absolute rework or just not offered at all. Going to lose my business for a while.

Nicolo's food and service has always been top notch. This place seems to have more authentic food than competitors (i.e. Parrys), and has a taste that reminds me of a New York style pizzeria and restaurant.

Has the potential to be good but the deep dish pizza just fell short. I definitely know good Chicago deep dish pizza. Not bad but definitely just OK. Seems like it could use a little more time in the oven. Crust seemed not quite done and didn’t have that crispy crust that you’re looking for. Beer was flat. Server was great and took care of the beer but the next beer was flat as well. Sever mentioned a recent CO2 changeout. Overall, not a horrible experience but not somewhere that will be on the top of our list in the future.

We got the all meat deep dish pizza (of course it's Chicago style!) and it was very very good. Great flavor, crust was crispy and delicious, and we had plenty left over to take home. We also got the mozzarella sticks that were very good as well. Service was good. We went around lunch during the weekday and we were the only ones there which was kind of surprising because of how good the pizza was. The atmosphere was fine. Nothing fancy. Overall a very good experience, and the pizza was great.

Like the food but, Just ordered $80 worth of pizza to be delivered around 6.30. The driver turns up before 5pm when no one is here yet. Read the order. Sent it back...no idea if its going to be delivered and waiting for manager to call back.

Extremely disappointed with the service and management. I ordered a pizza online. Long time customer. Apparently their online menu and order workflow changed? I did not get the pizza I thought I ordered. They acknowledged the online ordering system was not particularly straightforward. When I asked for a simple replacement pizza or some type of discount (eg 1/2 price) for a replacement, they refused. I couldn’t believe it. I told them they would loose a longtime customer, which didn’t make any difference. They insisted there was nothing they could do since they claim it was my mistake in ordering. Extremely short sighted and frustrating. Unfortunately the quality of their online system and the value of a longtime customers means nothing to them.

Definitely not on par with chicago deep dish. Price wise decently priced. We did take out so can't speak to the service.

Love Nicolos! Best pizza in town! The crust is so good! The new online ordering however is not an improvement. Only OG customers know the speciality pizza names (no description, list of ingredients) and you can’t customize them. I called immediately after placing my online order to remove feta from a pizza but sat on hold for 15 min and it was too late. Please improve your online ordering process.

A staple in Highlands Ranch and has made it through COVID. Nuff said. Really high quality, I like it better than Jet's. Good feel inside but I mostly order take out.

Honestly best pizza in Highlands Ranch I love it so much. I got a small normal crust pepperoni and a small cheese deep dish both are so good and the deep dish makes great leftovers because cheese is on bottom and sauce is on top, but I can't choose which one I like more so I just get both lol. Highly recommend!
