Ugh. My experience started out great as the doctor I saw was fantastic. However, delivery and communications are terribly disappointing. So much so that I’ll probably be looking for new care going forward. They quoted me two weeks for new lenses. It’s been 5 weeks with no communication and any time I call to check on the status, they say they’ll get back to me and they never do. Also, this place is crazy expensive, so if this is the level of service and follow-through then what a waste of time and money. Bummer because, again, the doctor was so good.

Sent frames here to get new lenses. They said it would take no more than 2 weeks and it took 4. I had to call for every update on the status of my order and received no compensation for the delay. The office was not proactive in updating me on my order at all.On top of that, the lenses I received are unbelievably cheap with a terrible glare. Warby Parker are better quality than this. I won’t be going here for glasses or lenses again.

Awful experience here. Arrived on time for appointment. Wasn’t seen by Dr until 30 minutes later. Very bad customer service. People don’t smile in this office. While waiting to be helped and checkout, we were told to step away from the counter because we were “crowding” it. They made it our problem instead of their lack of customer care. Prices are extremely high. And the worst part was the too loud of music in the waiting area.

The ladies in the office are very disrespectful, my husband was 11min late. They said he can’t be attended to, that’s ok but at least treat him with respect .That treatment is not aceptable .

I had an appointment today, and everything was 5 stars from beginning to end! I saw Dr. Phi and he was so thorough, kind, personable, and knowledgeable! He told me things my previous providers never did to help diagnose the cause of my red eyes and how to help treat the problem and not continue my dependency on lumify eye drops. Great advice to help me with my current vision struggles and how it impacts my overall health. After my exam I was helped by Aly and she was very patient, kind, personable, and soooo helpful in hearing what I was looking for in frames and helping pick out potential winners based on my feedback. After we found my perfect pair she took the time to explain the breakdown of the cost and the benefit of adding things that cost extra so I would know if it was worth my money. I love that they offer an annual warranty for $29 which is well worth the money. I HIGHLY recommend you go in to pick glasses, I have done the online store, and this is a much more detailed service, and there is no extra cost to it.I love the technology and how easy it is to schedule an appointment but they don't lose the human touch. Overall could not be any happier and highly recommend them! Great service, frame selection, technology, and convenience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don't go here! This used to be a great company to do business with but since MyEyeDoctor took over it is a MESS. About a month ago I had an appointment. For some reason no one could figure out my United Vision Insurance to order my contacts after my visit. They told me that they would look into what my insurance would cover and get back to me so that I could place my order. After a week of no contact, I called and asked them if they could let me know what my price was or if I could order my contacts. They could not answer this seemingly simple question but they said that they would look at it and get back to me that day. No one called. For FOUR weeks, I have called them at least once a week and asked them what is going on and every time they tell me that they will look into it and get right back to me. I am currently out of contacts!My EyeDr is just another example of a company that undertrains and underpays their employees while raising prices. Basically they just extract value from high performance companies like the optometrist that existed before MyEyeDr. I have ask them to send me my records so that I can find a new optometrist. I can only imagine how long that will take.As a society we need to stop doing business with companies like this!!

I’m glad I found this office! Finding new providers after a move can be exhausting but this office made it easy. Front desk staff was friendly, doctor was great (Dr. Piacentino) and Bri helped make checkout and ordering a breeze. Simple and great experience.

I went in to pick up glasses, I got a snarky response by the receptionist to go take a seat and someone would be over to assist me. After waiting for 40 minutes without anyone coming up to me, I went back to the front desk to another staff member and was helped in less than 5 minutes.

Doctor was prompt and thorough. I've been experiencing increasing issues with my vision over the course of the last few months and was despairing over why my eyes had changed so drastically since my last eye exam. The doctor was very attentive and thorough when evaluating my eyes, carefully considering my medical history including medications and quickly determined that (1) I need bi-focals, but also (2) my pupils were over dilated (likely due to medications I take) and letting in to much light, and recommended glasses with transition lenses for driving/bright environments. Sales staff was incredibly nice and attentive, helping me to price a reasonable pair of frames. With my vision insurance the cost was very affordable.Seems like an easy fix and I left feeling immensely better. Very excited to get my new glasses!

The lady at the front desk is horrible. No matter if I'm setting an appointment, trying to pick up glasses or asking about repairs, she goes out of her way to be as rude and unhelpful as possible.How she continues to be employed is beyond me. She's had a terrible and unhelpful attitude for years.I'll be looking for a new eye doctor. Even though everyone else is good, dealing with her outweighs that.

Your Centennial Co office is a disgrace ! I ordered replacement lenses as I have macular degeneration. I received no call backs, the glasses have been returned 3 times due to screw ups by the lab. If Dr. Uddin were not there I would go elsewhere. I have been going to that office Dr. Spivak did my lasic surgery some 25 years ago. Your office and company are a disgrace !

I always have a great experience at this office! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and really make every effort to help make your decisions affordable! Today Don helped me get lenses for about $200 less than I was expecting and absolutely made my morning with his conversation.

I arrived at 9:30 for a 9:40 medical emergency APPT- i made an appt the day before.I said i needed to leave at 10:45. I was told the dr had a medical and routine before me so it could be anywhere from 30-60 min wait. I could not sit and wait not know if i could be seen. Poor biz practice to take appts that have an hour wait! Had to leave without being seen. Do not recommend i would leave 0 stars if i could

I have not had an issue coming here until this year. I felt the exam and the provider I saw was very good both times. The issue I have is with the fact that I had lenses replaced in a pair of prescription sunglasses that I already owned. I could immediately tell that they felt loose when I first tried them on after lenses were replaced. I went in three more times to have them adjusted, and wanted to know what my options were since they didn't feel the same as before. I was told there was nothing that could be done since there wasn't a problem with the lenses and they did not alter the frames at all. I then decided to try another of their locations. Right away someone there was able to find the problem, and they now fit well. He explained that the lenses placed in the frame were too big and stretched the frame. He was able to grind down the lenses some to fit the frame. So...the frame was altered! So disappointed in the first location, and I will most likely switch to the other location. Be careful about which location you go to!

I have been batteling a cronic dry eye problem for years and have tried all the previous remedies for the issue without much success. However, my recent appointments were with their new Dr., Cierra Schmicker, OD, who was not only able to quickly help my issue with a new protocal but, listened carefully, was very personable, caring and inovative. When she saw I was coming in for a follow up visit she made sure she had the latest nasal spray treatment sample available for me to try as well. I was skeptical, but before I left the office I was seeing a difference. Thank you Dr. Schmicker for going the extra mile to help with my issue.
