My wife and I came out of state to buy an Alfa Romeo Stevio and Christian was wonderful to work with. The place is a car show with so many beautiful vehicles. The buying process was very smooth and they were more than willing to work with me to agree on a price. The paperwork they prepared for me to present to my home state DOL was flawlesss.

My husband and I are currently leasing an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from this dealership. Today the car completely stopped working. I called for assistance and they gave me a number to call to have the car tow and send to them. They said they can look into it after 15 days. And they can’t provide us with a car loaner in a meantime. I was literally told to call another dealership to get rent a vehicle. How is it possible that a so call “luxury” dealership doesn’t even have a loaner?This is a complete joke and for sure not a service/assistance someone would expect from them.

I had my Alfa Romeo serviced at Mike Ward and had an excellent experience. Ashley Otto was kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was updated at least daily on the progress of my vehicle. She issued a loaner to eliminate inconveniences as much as possible and I was also aware of the status of my car at all times. Even though the dealership is quite a drive away, I feel very comfortable and confident with my vehicle in their hands.

Five Stars is for Ashley Otto in service. I brought my Maserati in for routine maintenance and had a wonderful experience due to her top-notch customer service skills. She is friendly, responsive and helpful every step of the way.

This is the first time I make appointment @ Mike Ward Maserati. The process was so easy and fast. Fortunately, Ashley was awesome with her help to take care of my new car. Highly recommended!!!

I'm very disappointed with this dealership service I always bring my Lamborghini to do the service dear , but at this time I brought a Maserati 2003 needs a key and I have the the car with them for 8 months and two month ago. I came and talked to the service and they said we working on it and when I went there today they said the same thing we working on it and never never never touch it all what I'm asking is my key to take my car back , but now the car has a flat tires and I think he's not gonna start because the battery in an hour and a car always put in the garage now been eight months outside in the parking lot and then don't take care of it how they supposed to be

I recently traded in a truck I bought from Mike ward a few years ago. To my surprise the Carfax report showed an accident that Mike Ward never disclosed. So I took a hit of a few grand on my trade in value. Thanks Mike Ward didn't think this kind of thing would happen when buying a vehicle from one of your dealerships, il make sure I let all my friends know how shady you are. How very disappointing.

Such an exceptional buying experience. Mr. Todd is a punctual sales associate and kept me updated every step of the way. We enjoyed talking about past military experiences. It was a hands off buying experience for me with little work to do on my side. Mrs. Fetzer is the financial manager that processed my loan within hours. She kept in constant contact with USAA and I was able to obtain my loan fully processed in under 6 hours! Thank all of you again for such a smooth process.
