This is a five star place. Evertime I pull up my car inside for service, I feel like a queen. The manager, Areon, is kind, professional, and so helpful. The staff is friendly, professional, informative and so will to go the extra mile..My family could go anywhere, and choose to entrust them for our cars. I want to invite everyone to be as happy as I am. Oh, and the waiting area is fire. it has a TV, a massage chair, and incredible snacks and coffee machine! See ya there!

Marija is the ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR of automotive sales!!! Set up an appointment, then had to change it. Requested additional photos of the car prior to arrival, and every portion of the entire experience was met with my expectations being exceeded! Received follow ups several times, without delay. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Upon arriving at our appointment ( my kiddo’s first car for college, Iliana) we were treated first class and can not express how efficient the time was at Mike Ward Infiniti. Our appointment was at 2 pm and we were driving our newly purchased car home in Colorado Springs at 4:30 pm. Unheard of for car dealerships! We spent several hours at a Honda dealership in Colorado Springs only to leave with nothing. We felt that our time was more valuable than a sale to Marija. ZERO pressure at any time from any one at the dealership. We bought the car we wanted at an amazing price. EXTREMELY well pleased customers. Would not change anything about our experience at Mike Ward Infiniti. We will be purchasing our next car from there entirely based on how we were treated! Marija is going to be very busy as we will be telling everyone.

Whenever I stop by to get my QX30 serviced, Keegan always provides top tier customer service to me or any other customer that walks in. He is always very kind, helpful and informative. As a woman, it hard to trust certain people in this industry but over the years, he has really looked out for my vehicle. If you’re stopping by for service, I would def recommend him! I had an extremely scary and ultimately disappointing experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti (which would be my 3rd pre-owned Infiniti- so I know them to be reliable and have never had any issues and owned them for 7+ years) however within 24 hours of the vehicle being in my possession the car shuddered and began running differently, the check engine light came on and there was a noticeable change in the engine and the smell of fuel. Keegan in the Service Department got it in and confirmed that there were previous error codes in the system and that the engine was or had been misfiring (which is concerning that those previous codes did not come up in the certification inspection- which the service advisor attempted to reassure me it was certified, I on the other hand felt extremely uneasy about this new purchase that is supposed to be certified not to have issues). They kept the vehicle for two days and replaced engine coils, and returned it before we left to go out of town for the 4th of July holiday. When I returned from out of town to inquire about the other vehicle they had on the lot that was the same make/model as the one I had purchased, Dean the sales manager told me they couldn’t discuss that vehicle as an option for me (I had told him I was extremely upset and still didn’t have peace of mind, he just asked if I wanted to speak to Keegan in Service about it). I had already made a report with consumer affairs through Infiniti USA when the engine light came on and will update them with the outcome of the conversation with Dean. I have taken my vehicle over to Infiniti of Denver to have it looked at because I do not have peace of mind after my experience at Mike Ward. At Infiniti of Denver I have been well taken care of for the past 14 years and purchased the two other Certified Pre-Owned Infinitis I mentioned earlier, unfortunately they did not have this specific make/model in stock which is the only reason I went to Mike Ward in the first place, I would have happily purchased from Infiniti of Denver. I will not be going to Mike Ward ever again

I took in my 2011 Infiniti QX56 for service with a service engine light on. They first told me the light was due to the fact that the gas pump needed to be replaced. Agreed to do that work which was around $1k plus an additional $4k to replace some parts in the undercarriage as they recommended. Literally days after the car was “fixed”, the engine light was on again. This time it’s the catalytic converter to the tune of $4k. I was pretty disappointed that they didn’t point out all of the issues at once - after all they are Infiniti “experts”. If they had told me my car needed all of these repairs upfront, I would have likely opted to buy a new Infiniti instead. I reached out to several individuals at the dealership in order to try and reach an agreeable resolution - including the GM - because I thought any reputable dealer would help a customer that had just spent nearly $5k in repairs that ultimately did not solve the problem they had come in for. The GM asked that we come in to see if we could work something out with a new vehicle. We went the following weekend and were met by the smarmy used car manager. After a few condescending comments he pawned us off to a salesman. We looked at several vehicles and inquired what they could do regarding a 2021 infiniti QX80 we might be interested in. Never got a call or email from the salesman following up after that. No follow up from the used car sales manager or the GM either. We are now buying a brand new hybrid vehicle from Volvo which is a much better car and the salespeople are wonderful so at least their bad service led us to a better vehicle and dealership. Avoid this place. In my opinion, this dealership does not value its customers and the service operation leaves much to be desired. We have had similar situations with other dealerships and they have stepped up because they value their customers and reputation. Our experience with MW was very different. We won’t ever go to MW or buy an Infiniti again due to this experience. Edite to add: notice how they didn’t reply to my review. Terrible CS and dealership.

We walked in with a check. Said we didn't want or need finance. Just found out they ran my credit after I explicitly said not to. Frauds. I've called the finance department 5 times asking for an explanation or letter.
The car we bought also needed a ton of work after they said perfect condition. Make sure you get it checked by a 3rd Party before buying.
