Our Allstate agent Mike Brainard is great. He's been extremely helpful and friendly. I feel like we pay premium prices, but due to him, I feel like we receive a premium product. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there have been some relatively minor snafu's when dealing with your adjusters.
