This is the worst store, terrible customer service, no one knows how to work the system. Shop at a different Michael’s so you don’t waste an hour trying to purchase one item.

I am new to using this location. The other day I was checking out using the self check out and had a very rapid blood sugar crash and started feeling like I was going to pass out. So I rushed finishing and bagging my items. When I got home I realized I had forgotten an item, the exact item I had gone in for!! LOL. I called the store and asked them if they'd found it but they had not but the kind woman I spoke to said not to worry to come back the next day and they would take care of it.I went in yesterday and spoke to Beatrix. She was sooooo sweet. She immediately called back and asked if somebody could bring one of the sets of the product I'd bought up. There was a bit of confusion and they were very busy but she handled everything with a calm and kind demeanor. As a former manager and current business owner, Beatrix is the kind of team member I would love to have on my team!!!! Good team members are sometimes hard to find but I've talked to at least 6 different team members during previous shopping excursions at this location and every single one was perfect so it shows great management!! Great job, Highland's Ranch Michael's team!!! High five ?

With the attitude and customer service that Elise has, she should be scrubbing toilets instead of "working" the check-out counter. I say "working" because standing there doing absolutely nothing but telling people to go check themselves out isn't actually working. When I asked for assistance with an issue I had, all she kept doing was interrupting me and repeating herself, rudely.

I came in because my girlfriend had told me of her terrible customer service experience with a cashier (Elise is her name) who wanted to cut her off when she was talking and didn't help my girlfriend with her issue. I saw 10 bunches of bags and some ornaments that I wanted to buy for her, when all of a sudden, Elise shows up as I'm scanning and asks "How many bags do you have?" I responded "10", and she takes over the screen I was using, and pretends to help by adding the rest of the quantity I had. If you were going to help, Elise, you should have scanned ALL of my items and helped my girlfriend instead of interrupting her the whole damn time!!!

Store and merchandise is good. However, when a cashier is available, I don't like them telling me to use self checkout. I am not an employee.

Customer service made me feel like I was in their way looking for acrylics and irritated that I put the ones I did NOT select back in their place properly. I chalked it up to laziness in that she probably was organizing the paints to avoid doing more work elsewhere in the store. And, no fabric..

I was a little disappointed in some of the variety in the framing department but overall the staff is always very nice and their new self checkout registers are great

Always fun going into a Michaels store. Last time we went we had a ton of pictures to get framed. They measured everything for us and got us the best deal

Checked Michaels website for specific items in stock. This store albeit 45 miles away was the closest and yes they had the items in stock. Very pleasant cashier and bonus points for being dog friendly!

Crappy, crappy customer service... asked for something and clerk had no idea what I was talking about-- raffia. Three clerks standing around talking and no one running cash registers. Told I must use self check out and it'll save me time and keep the line short ..(no line, but whatever!) I'll use Amazon next time.

I went in today to get two posters custom framed. Tommy and Katie were the two people that helped me make decisions. I was so glad that they were there and that we could all talk together about what was the best thing to do based on these two signed posters. I really enjoyed working with them and it's too bad they don't get commission when they put together a package like that. Maybe Michael's could think about that but most of all I wanted to say that I really appreciate Tommy and Katie's effort, huge kudos to them!!

It's your basic Michael's craft store which is fine but this location recently put in self-checkout which I find to be a poor decision for this type of store. Not the workers fault though!
