Customer service made me feel like I was in their way looking for acrylics and irritated that I put the ones I did NOT select back in their place properly. I chalked it up to laziness in that she probably was organizing the paints to avoid doing more work elsewhere in the store. And, no fabric..

Crappy, crappy customer service... asked for something and clerk had no idea what I was talking about-- raffia. Three clerks standing around talking and no one running cash registers. Told I must use self check out and it'll save me time and keep the line short ..(no line, but whatever!) I'll use Amazon next time.

Just stopped in here for some Halloween costume items. A Michael's employee named Tyler was so so helpful. She ran through the store with me to find all of the weird things I was requesting for this costume. Great customer service!! Thank you!

Went there today at about 12:30. Tried to find if they carried contact paper.Bad idea. One cashier, 4 people in line, no one on the floor. After walkingaround without any luck, left the store and found it at another place ofbusiness. This is a weird store. It's like the personnel are always in someother world. Won't be back. But that's o.k.
