I had an issue with my 2022 McLaren GT. Noah Hernandez and the team did an incredible job at keeping me up to date and giving me realistic time horizons on the items I had them address. Got the car back and they fixed everything, the team here takes pride in their work and they’re very good at communicating their progress. Chase Barns assisted as well and was a consummate professional as always.

Worst buying experience we’ve had. The Raptor we bought didn’t have even basic checks or an oil change done on it before they sold it (oil change light came on maybe 20 miles after purchase, and the truck was a little over a quart low, even though the carfax says they did all of this when they got the truck). They sold the car I traded in weeks before even paying it off, then continued to ask us for parts for the car (again, before it was even paid off). They didn’t do a state weigh slip, so the title paperwork for the truck kept getting rejected by the DMV until I went and did it myself. Title paperwork got rejected again because their vin verification form was incomplete, so our registration expired by the time they figured it all out. I guess if you’re buying an 80k truck and not a 450k McLaren this is what you get for service.

Overall great experience from the few times I've been here, but the only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the condition of some of the vehicles. The GLS 600 Maybach and the Bentley's they had out there were in quite lackluster condition despite being high end vehicles. Swirls on the paint, blooming on the tires. Especially the Maybach, it looked like the tires were never cleaned properly. The Range Rover next to the Maybach had so much swirls it was insane no wonder it was hidden in the very back. Besides the Ultra Luxury vehicles being a bit poor in condition, the Mclarens and Lambos were in decent condition but still had a decent amount of water spotting. I can understand dust and minor dirtiness. Keeping a fleet of vehicles clean is not easy but really etched in water spotting on vehicles that are easily $100k+ is a bit disappointing to see. Especially at a dealership that houses extremely high end vehicles. Obviously all this can be easily cleaned but I just expected a bit more care for vehicles of this calibre.

We went in just to look at all the amazing cars that I'll probably never be able to afford. I can't believe they had two Sennas. The guy there let me sit in what was probably a 2023 GT.

So I haven’t decided to purchase a vehicle yet, but Larry Lueck has been incredibly helpful and attentive. He not only just showed me the vehicle I was looking for, but went so far beyond to browse vehicles that fit my price range and interests. He even offered a tour of the amazing inventory they had. Out of all the dealerships i’ve went to, this dealership certainly takes care of you and I would ask for Larry Lueck because he provides the best service.

Mike Ward ....his staff...all his automobile offerings and the location are TOP NOTCH.. regardless of who you are, you are treated with respect. They are happy to leave you alone to druel OR answer every possible question if need be. I appreciate the enthusiasm and knowledge everyone has as well as how nice everyone is....From the person who dosen't even have a automobile to the person who collects, this is a dealership everyone is welcome at. I will always be a Mike Ward customer because they do their best to represent their brands with integrity and class....If for some crazy reason someone didn't have a good experience Mr. Ward is the kind of business man that would want to know directly to correct the problem immediately......
