Taylor, the sales consultant, did a great job of determining our sleep needs and directing us to several product brands to lay on and try out. As I am not a quick decision maker, Taylor showed great patience and product knowledge across all brands. He helped us make a good financing choice for purchase. His co worker Christian was also very helpful answering our financing questions. If your looking for a new mattress we encourage you to stop at this store and see Taylor and Christian.

Kristian made our mattress buying experience wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through all of the intricacies of each mattress type. If you are looking for a new mattress this is the store to visit, they are doing it right!

Christian was so incredibly helpful when we came in to find a new pillow for me. I have chronic neck pain and shoulder pain/tightness and he took the time to educate us on pillow options and types. He let us take our time and try them all out and even went as far to finding what matters we currently had so I can try the pillows on our same mattress. We left with a brand new pillow and lots of knowledge. My son was being a feral animal (mattress hopping) and Christian payed no mind assuring us he was fine to explore as well. They got to chat and he even made sure my son left with water after his escapades. Thank you so much Christian for stellar service and making sure I get a good nights sleep with the best pillow for me!

Selecting a new mattress is not easy. We visited several different stores before Mattress Firm. We chose to purchase a bed from this store mostly because of the Store Manager, Rick. He was very knowledgeable about the various products and, most importantly, was very patient and helpful as we slowly worked through a decision. We are very happy with the bed we chose and the service thus far through Mattress Firm.
