Needed a dress suit pressed last minute for an event and they went above and beyond to get it done quickly. They had it pressed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer due to the service alone!!

Already over priced, now add two young men that are disrespectful and rude. They argued with me telling me I didn't tell them to rush the order when I thought it would be ready in 3 days. Forget it, I don't need their attitude and can use other local cleaners.Great way to lose customers guys.

This establishment comes up first when searching for one hour dry cleaning. "One Hour Martinizing." That service is not available here. that is such a bummer as we need a quick turnaround time on a dirty suit for an unexpected out-of-town funeral.

Do not go here. Absolute worst experience. I would give negative stars if I could. I took in a sheer spaghetti strap dress on Monday for a wedding on Saturday, told them needed it by Wed. I showed them the stains on it and explained the urgency of needing it. They said can't do that, but could do Thursday by 5:00pm, That was fine, since I didn't need to get on a flight until Friday am. I called on Thursday at 11:00am to see if it might be done early. They said, yes it is done, you can come pick it up. I get over there and she charges me $18. Then gets the dress, then refunds it and said they didn't clean it and oh by the way we tore it. I was furious, but communicating with the woman who I couldn't hardly understand was going to be fruitless, so I left and called back and asked for the manager or owner. The same woman REFUSED to let me speak with either one. She would not give me their name or phone number. Denied that they did anything, never apologized. Never offered to do anything to rectify the situation. So, here I am 12 hours before I have to fly out for a weeding with a dress that is torn and has stains. At a very minimum she could have told me when I dropped it off, they couldn't clean it, or even when they started on it, they could have called me, not wait until I get there 4 days later and say we didn't do anything, and by the way, we tore it trying to clean it. Highly recommend you go somewhere else!

I’ve been coming here since moving to the neighborhood a few years ago and always appreciate how fast and courteous they are. I was on a time crunch today and was grateful to just provide my phone number and give the kind lady my shirt immediately.
I only wish I discovered this place sooner!

They are always so friendly, and quick when checking you in and out. They do a great job with the actual services, and if you need an overnight they don't charge you an arm and a leg. Same with their comforter services, very reasonable. Nothing negative to say about this lovely business and their employees.

I went there once and they lost one of my best dress shirts. They stated they would search for it and call me back, and never did. When I called again to find out if they found it the owner got upset and yelled at me. He offered me credits with dry cleaning, which I obviously declined. He then stated there was nothing else he could do and became upset and hung up on me. Do NOT take your clothes here. It is at your own risk. I even contacted the parent company and emailed back and fourth with the Director of Operations who also did nothing to compensate me for my lost item.

Went in to have some buttons replaced on a jacket. The lovely Ms. Kim not only replaced my buttons, she wiped out a stain on the front, and lint rolled the whole coat. When I tried to pay, she just asked me to donate a couple bucks to a charity they support. Wonderful people!
