I bought a security door and zipper shades to enclose my back patio and I am thrilled with the results. Dylan our salesperson was very knowledgeable when he came to the house to explain the product. We decided to purchase and about 5 weeks later had everything installed. The install team was professional and extremely competent. The zipper shades are an absolute game changer for us as we normally get direct sunlight in the evening. We can now enjoy our patio at any time of day, all year round (even in Colorado!)

I recently purchased a retractable awning from Liberty Home Products. The price and selection/options were excellent. Their experienced sales, coordination and installation team made the whole process painless and easy.The awning was installed by Stewart and Daniel. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They were clearly skilled and thorough throughout the installation and made sure everything was done correctly, securely and that the installation was done to my satisfaction. Also, installation was quicker than I expected and they left everything immaculate when they were done. They answered all of my questions and even pointed out things to be cognizant of that I didn't think/know to ask.I highly recommend Liberty Home Products to anyone looking to add a retractable awning to their home. I have purchased 3 doors with them and the last one had been adjusted by them 1 other time and now they refuse to adjust it again as it is not closing properly. Don't purchase anything from a company that does not stand by its product and service. Will not buy any more doors from them, dont waste your time and money with them.

I got an awning from these guys, it's pretty nice, expensive, but nice.The installers, Isaac and Gary were great, they showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly, without any mess. After the install we went thru customizing the install, to get it just the way I wanted.

we paid over two thousand dollars for the fabric shades for the three small west facing windows. the installers came and the shades barely cover one third of the windows and would not serve the shading purposes at all and not what what we wanted. So we promptly asked the sides to be taken down. the manager called and said there would not be any credit for get the solar shades instead. The sales person Mark and the manager in this company are not professional, they are rude and are just in a hurry to want your money. Stay away!

2nd install team Alex and Michael were amazing and so patient with us changing the pitch to make it perfect for us. They explained every step to us and included us through the entire install. The 4 star was due to having to wait an additional 2 weeks to finish the install after rain disrupted the first installers. We were dissappinted that we couldn't be fit in. But Alex and Michael made it worth the wait. And we absolutely love our awning!

Pretty seamless process from beginning to end. Stu was great for the initial in-home consultation and was very helpful with discussing options until we were finally set on our choices. Isaac and Gary were phenomenal on the day of install - courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the products. They were also exceptionally good sports about the 3 flights of stairs to our rooftop deck. The whole install took about an hour and a half, and it looks fantastic.

Liberty came out and helped replace our aging awning cover. They did a great job from helping us determine the right product all the way down to the installation by Alex and Edgar, who were fast and thorough. We are so happy to be able to extend the life of our awning.
