I have an old electric fireplace, which has discontinued putting out heat. Matt at Lehrer's is working with me and the manufacturer to solve the problem. My correspondence with him indicates that he is working hard and covering all the bases in my mind to get results. I am totally happy with his efforts and enjoy working with him. We have some tricky corners to turn, and I have confidence that we are headed in the right direction.

We've had a gas insert fromLeher's for over 10 years and never had a problem with it until today The remote went bad. I took it over to Matt at Lehers and he showed me how to get another remote working for us. I spent 10 min in the store and went home with his instructions and got our system running again in no time. I would highly recommend Lehers to anyone. Their service is excellent.

We purchased a firepit, deck cushions, an umbrella and base from these guys after purchasing a grill a few years ago. Lesley was outstanding with helping me work within a budget and offering great quality items and suggestions. Matt is outstanding at customer service as well making sure we were educated on how to use the firepit safely, assisting with deliveries and inquiries. We'll definitely stick with Lehrer's for all fireplace and patio needs. Thank you!

I spoke to Matt by phone yesterday due to issues I was having with a Fireplace not starting...He talked me through reprogramming the remote for the fireplace and it fired right up...Matt told me that he would prefer talking a customer through this by phone than to charge a customer for a service call...Matt was pleasant to talk to and showed me how very knowledgeable he is...In my opinion this is how Lehrer's stands out compared to other businesses...Customer service (from my experience) appears to be quite important to Lehrer's and this was proven to me yesterday.Thanks again Matt

After investigating several different businesses in Denver, we chose Lehrer's Fireplace and Patio to replace an existing fireplace and surround in our industrial-style loft condominium, and so glad we did! It was a pleasure at each step of the process to experience how customer-centered they are in their knowledge of product, quality of installation, on time service, and cost efficiency. We highly recommend this family owned and operated business.

My wife and I purchased a $4000 electric fireplace over the summer and it was installed in September. The installer did a great job, as the drywall looks perfect and he was quick. The main reason I'm giving four stars is because the fireplace has made a rattling sound when the heat is turned on since we've had the unit. I've had them out more than once and it hasn't been fixed, nor has the issue been identified. This is apparently a newer product they service and as a result the tech knows nothing about it. He has to keep getting back with me and it's frustrating because they are an authorized dealer/maintenance provider. I tried reaching out to the company who makes the fireplace, Modern Flames, but couldn't get ahold of a human. So my hope is that Lehrer can eventually figure out how to diagnose and fix the issue. There just seems to be a lot of guessing and a general lack of experience with this unit, and when I pay $7000 for the unit/install, I expect the fireplace to properly work. I certainly expect them to know how to identify and fix problems, but thus far I have been frustrated with the lack of knowledge around this area. I'm currently waiting for the tech to hear from his rep about the issue but it is worrisome that I paid a lot for a fireplace that nobody seems to know how to fix or diagnose. The fireplace itself looks great. I just want it to also sound great.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEHRER. After waiting 2 weeks to have Keith come out to look at our construction (and call at 8pm to reschedule our morning appt.), we ordered a fireplace that was already on order to ensure the timing worked with our construction. We waited the additional month for the fireplace to come in, upon delivery we were shocked when our installers informed us there needed to be a 30in clearance above the fireplace instead of the 17in Keith had sold us. This completely ruined our design plans. When trying to contact Keith the installers couldn’t get into contact, I called the number Keith had called me from. He started attempting to sell a mantle that could work with the clearance. When I told him that was not what we talked about, he told me he had to look into it and give me a call back. He instead had his team talk to the installers who said there was nothing we could do about the clearances. Lehrer refunded us for the fireplace, however, Keith never apologized for his blatant mistake or for his part in putting us over a month behind in getting a fireplace. I had to scramble to try to find a fireplace in stock. As the business owner, I was shocked by Keith’s inability to own his mistake and empathize with the position he put us in. As stated in the beginning, not someone I would ever choose to do business with. Would 100% recommend going to Rio Grande Co. instead for all fireplace needs, they were able to rectify the mess Keith left us with.

I want to give a shout out to Benjamin at Lehrer FirePlace for coming to our home to fix a problem with our gas fireplace that was recently installed. He was very courteous,knowledgeable and professional, and was able to remedy the problem quickly. I would recommend him for any issues with fire place and would like to be recognized by his company.

Lehrer Fireplace was super helpful in finding me the perfect outdoor furniture this week! We are so happy with our new couch! We also bought our grill from them 7 years ago and it still works amazingly well! We will always be Lehrer customers!
